Sasha Fierce's Rx To Boost Moods!

                         Eat Like Sasha!

Sasha Fierce, a character played the taleneted Beyonce Knowles,

is on the "semi-vegan" bandwagon. As we mentioned in
yesterday's post, more and more Hollywood women over the age
of 40 are going the "semi-vegan" route.

Stars like Lisa Rinna, JLO, Christie Brinkley and Denise Richards.

Beyonce is still in her early 30's and making the change to a mostly
vegetable diet is a smart one.
There's more, Beyonce is also loading up on the fish,

nothing unusual about that, fish and vegetables are eaten by
a lot of people in a lot of different countries and longevity
and good health are the great side effects from following such a diet.

But wait, there's even more good news, researchers say that women

(sorry guys) may benefit from a few servings of fish, not just helping you body
wise, but mentally as well.

That's right, fish has long been recommended as a natural and safer
alternative to the high-priced and sometimes deadly anti-depressants.
Fish combats blue moods, sadness, lack of confidence and full-blown
depression and women who eat fish a few times a wk, benefit more.

The researchers aren't sure why-but think the high omega-3 fatty acids
in fish mix with female hormones, creating upbeat and cheery moods.

So, if you like fish and avoid it due to the price, the smell, or not
knowing how to prepare it, perhaps this post can change your mind.
And lastly, if you do adopt the more fish philosophy, make sure to
prepare it in a way that's beneficial to your health.

(Deep frying fish a few times a week raises your risk of having a have
stroke.
And make sure to eat it with foods that also benefit your health,

that means no fries, or hush puppies or cornbread.
That's it- and guys, if you want to continue eating fish, by all means do it, in fact, go to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download 2 E- documents, The Nordic Secrets To Perfect
Health and The 101 Best Ways To Make It To 100.
Download both E-documents and learn how fish can
benefit you in a number of ways, like...

youthful skin, thinner waists, more defined muscles,
no more dry eyes, higher IQ and better hearing, plus many more great benefits.

Good Luck!

Live Longer Rxs Just For Men!

                   Guys- Live Longer Like Women!

Guys, whenever the words youth-boosting or
anti-aging are mentioned, you're left out.
It seems the anti-aging experts only think women
are concerned about getting or looking older.

But, that's not true, according to insiders, George
Clooney calls Brad Pitt and asks his advice on ways to
turn back the clock.
Well, if your name is Mr. Clooney or Mr. Smith, you

may want to take a page out of the book of some past stars.
Past stars like Bob Hope, George Burns, Dennis Weaver and
Ernest Borgnine.

What was their secret?
They all gave up a food that many men may not be able to give up.
The food: Meat. It's rumored, George Clooney loves steaks,
hamburgers and hot dogs.

The former stars all  became vegetarians and all lived past 90,
all except Dennis Weaver, who passed away at age 88.

Researchers say men may benefit from a vegetarian diet, more

so than women. Why?
They think it's the blood.  Mix iron-rich meats with blood and
you're asking for trouble.
The researchers say that since women menstruate starting in their
teens right up until their late 40's to early 50's, they don't have
that blood circulating in their arteries like men, giving them 5 or more
extra years of life.
And if the men smoke, drink, eat sweets, rarely or never exercise,
the blood in their system is really toxic.

So, how can men overcome this and get the extra 5 to 8 yrs of extra life

like women? Give up meat, (or eat it on rare occasions) or eat a cleaner
diet, have lean red meat, salad, and some steamed vegetables,  exercise,
have a beer or a glass of wine ( no more than 1 drink per evening)
or skip these things and become a regular blood donor.
Yup, get that blood out, donate once a month or twice a month and guys
you may be able to make it to age 85, 90 or beyond.

That's it- And in the next few days, we'll tell you how two former
stars of "The Mary
Tyler Moore Show"are still living productive lives
at 88 and 92.

And you'll also learn how one still busy movie star and director
 just celebrated his 84th birthday.

Good Luck!
