                             Drink This Water!
According to a recent poll, one female star, has been named as one of the
fittest on T.V. or in the movies. Another clue, she's on T.V. and she shares
the stage with a still-fit, former athlete.
Give up?

It's Kelly Ripa.

And even though Ms. Ripa doesn't give out particulars as to what she
eats, the type of exercises she does, etc., we were able to find out

one of her secrets.
What is that secret?
She drinks a specific type of water, what kind of water?
It's called Essentia Water.

And what's so special about this water?

It's goes through a special process to to make it alkaline.
And drinking it helps balance the body's pH

levels to optimize the function of fat-burning glands.

So, the next time you see Ms. Ripa hosting "Live with Kelly
and Michael" and you're wondering how does Kelly stay so

slim and trim, now you know... one of her secrets--It's alkaline water.

Look for Essentia water at supermarkets, Walmart or health-food stores.
$2.00 for a 20 oz. bottle.

Good Luck!

Kelly Ripa's Rx For Wearing Heels!

                              Wear Heels Like Ms. Ripa!
Kelly Ripa-the popular host of the morning show-"Live With Kelly"
has made it known she Loves high heels.

At 5'2"-Ms. Ripa has said "she needs all the help she can get."
If you're also a "high heel lover" make sure you're doing the
exercise that'll let you keep wearing them.

The exercise: Stretching your calves.
If you don't do this exercise, over time you'll end up with thick, stiff Achilles'
tendons-plus muscle fibers that are 15% shorter, making it harder to
walk flat-footed.

To do the exercise... Stand on a step and let your heels hang over
the edge and raise and then lower your heels, slowly. (With or Without your heels)
Do this for a min. to start and work up to 2 to 3 mins.
Do this a couple times a week and you should be able
to wear your heels without any problems.

Good Luck!
