The Today Show's Rx For Preventing Winter Colds!

                       Preventing Colds and Flu!

Hey, did you turn into this morning's edition of cooking with Martha Stewart?
She was on the "Today Show" and she made wings.
Yes, we know, nothing unusual about that, but the way she made the wings
can help you and your loved ones prevent Fall and Winter colds.

That's right, Ms. Stewart baked the wings instead of frying, which will help
you stay cold and flu-free and she also used plain yogurt to coat the wings (not eggs
and flour) and then sprinkled on some spices and herbs- basil, garlic powder,
oregano, turmeric and cayenne pepper and placed them in the over to bake.

And how will this recipe help prevent colds and flu?
Plain yogurt along with spices and herbs are a great, low-cost way to keep
your immune system in tip-top shape and if you work in a large office,

eat too much sugar, rarely exercise and are over 40, then you're immune system
needs all the help it can get.

For Martha's recipe for great-tasting wings, go to Todayshow.com/Foods!

And there's more, top doctor turned alternative healer Joseph Mercola, says people who can't
or don't like immunity boosters like greens, (bok choy, mustard and turnip greens,
and broccoli should start loading up on the turmeric, garlic and onion powder,

cayenne pepper, dill, parsley, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, marjoram and sage.
Add these spices and herbs to soups, salads, teas, or stir-fries and you'll really
bolster your immune systems for a fraction of the cost of greens, salmon and leans
cuts of beef.

So, if you really want to prevent Winter colds, make sure to get more plain yogurt

and spices and herbs into your system.
And lastly, of you want more info on how to stay cold and flu-free this Winter season,
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type The Flu Fighters
and The World's Best Secrets To Never Getting Sick in the search bar.
Download these 2 E-books and really be prepared to fight off flus, colds, bugs,
germs and viruses.

Good Luck!

The Hallmark Channel's Rx For Older Love Matches!

                        Find Love At Any Age!

If you've been keeping up with celebrity news, then you may remember
that Martha Stewart was looking for love. In fact, she had the "Today
Show's" host Matt Lauer helping her.
Well, some news regarding that situation...Martha Stewart says it's been
hell, and she may just give up on ever finding "Mr. Right" at age 72.
That's too bad, because Ms. Stewart is a young and vibrant 72.

She could tune into the Hallmark Channel, but they only seem to focus
on people 40 and under, or she can read some of the suggestions, listed below...
a) Play Up Your Assets-
Ms. Stewart has an advantage a lot of us don't have, what is it?

Her resume and life are on display almost every day of the week, and if
you're in the Martha Stewart age range and want to impress someone--
make a list. A list of your attributes--great family, still in good health,

loves to laugh, love helping others, etc. And then write a second list of
what you want to get out a relationship, someone who's funny, who isn't

afraid to hold hands, likes animals. By writing what you want out of the
relationship, instead of what you want in "Mr. Right", say over 6 feet tall,
you expand your horizons and open up your heart to a wider range of
potentially great guys out there.
b) Advertise-
Again, you may not have Matt Lauer and millions of people to help you,

but you can allow your social circle to help you. Ask friends and family to
chat you up where ever they go. One woman spoke at her son's graduation
party, and said, "my last child is leaving the state for a new job and new life,
and I'll be all alone." Well, a former coach of her sons' was there, and said--
" I have a cousin who wants to meet someone, smart, nice looking and in his
age range" Long story short, they met and started dating.
So, don't be afraid to ask for help or tell complete strangers your own situation,

it just might result in meeting Mr. or Ms. Right.
c) Venture Outside Your Comfort Zone-

Do you go to the supermarket, the bank, the dry cleaners and your
personal physician? Big mistake, especially if you're trying to meet someone.
Switch up your routine and venture out to different places, have a new coffee
shop in your town, pay it a visit. Are they asking for volunteers to help
clean up the park in your town, bring some gloves and a strong back.
Or if you do go shopping every Tuesday morning, why not make it

later in the day  on Thrus. or Friday.
d) Lower The Bar-

This is the rumor that's being put out there about Ms. Stewart, what is it?
She wants someone in her age range and just as dynamic and driven as she is.

This may not happen to Martha or the regular Janes out there, why?
Someone accomplished and hard driving is probably already taken or

wants someone younger than he is.
Sorry ladies, that's the truth, and rumor also has it, that Ms. Stewart didn't
want someone 15 to 20 years younger than herself.

Ladies, you may have to go with the man a who's a few years younger,
lives on a small pension
and doesn't speak grammatically correct.

So remember....
you can be like Martha Stewart in the kitchen, or while creating
crafts, but don't sit on the sidelines waiting for that 60 to 70 year
old multimillionaire, who'll fly you around the country, eating at
gourmet restaurants and shopping at high-end retail stores.
Be the opposite of Martha and lower the bar, just a little bit.

That's it- and tomorrow, read our tips on how to go online to
find your perfect (almost perfect) match.

Good Luck,
