Oscar Winner's Rx For Getting Back On Track!

                            Juice Your Way Back!

Another awards show has come and gone and for many stars that means
getting back on track.
The awards show: "The Oscars" and getting back on track as in
detoxing from the goat cheese pizza and the endless supply of champagne.

And one Oscar winner who's taking this advice to heart is Reese Witherspoon.
Yes, you're right, Ms. Witherspoon didn't win the Oscar this yr. but she did
win it a few yrs. back for playing June Carter Cash.
And if you're like Ms. Witherspoon and want to have a juice (or two) a day,
go for it.
Ms. Witherspoon is a fan of green juices and although we aren't sure what type

of green juices she enjoys, we'll give you the recipes for 2  and you can decide
for yourself, which is best.

* Juice Recipe No. 1-

Combine a few spinach leaves with 1/2 cup of berries (black, blue or rasp)
1 cup of coconut water, a few almonds and 1/2 banana.
Place all ingredients into a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
* Juice Recipe No. 2-
Combine a few kale leaves with unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup)
1 pear and  a tsp. of flaxseeds. Pour into a blender or juicer and
blend until creamy and smooth.

That's it- 2 juice recipes to get you back on track like Ms. Witherspoon
and ready for that bikini by June.

And one last tip, due to time constraints we aren't able to tell you
about the benefits of flaxseeds, or spinach or kale when you add it to
your smoothie, but if you want to know about the benefits of
whey-protein, pistachios, chia seeds, almond or coconut milk,

green tea, coffee, and tofu to your waistline, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type The Smoothies, Shakes, Coffee and Tea Rxs For A Flatter Belly

in the search bar. For the price of 3 avocados, download it and get started on a trimmer and slimmer waistline.

Oscar Nominee's Rx For Flawless Skin!

                         Get Skin Like Lupita!
This yrs. "it girl" seems to be Lupita Nyong'o.
She appeared in "Twelve Years A Slave" and seems to be
the only real threat to win the Academy award tonight.
She's been getting a lot of attention for her classy and beautiful
gowns, but one thing  about her has been overlooked, what is it?
Her incredible skin!

That's right, people were so focused on her incredible gowns, they
didn't even notice her skin, until now.
And if you want the secret to that incredible and flawless complexion,

But, before we reveal the secret, we must let you know it not's
all about the moisturizer she uses, some other things positives in her favor are...
her age--31. being that age, you'd expect incredible skin.
her color--having a  darker skin color gives you an advantage when it
comes to skin preservation. Ask Whoopi, she's almost 60.
her diet- Ms. Nyong'o isn't bingeing on fried foods and overdoing the
sweets, coffee, white carbs, trans-fats, fructose corn syrup, etc.
And lastly, her moisturizer, it's from Hawaii and it costs about $15 for
a 4 oz. bottle.

What is it? It's called Kukui Nut Oil and she applies

some to her skin (and face) after showering and/or bathing.
For our money, (which isn't a lot) we'll stick with olive, coconut and
canola oil and Tyra's favorite--Vaseline.
But, if you're okay with spending $15 for a 4 bottle of moisturizer,
 knock yourself out.
Find it online at Amazon.com.

That's it- A moisturizing tip from the Oscar winner known as Lupita.
Enjoy the show tonight and Go Ellen.!

Good Luck!
