One star who just left American Idol also has a secret that may help you
if you're struggling with stress eating and cravings.
We told yo about Julia Robert's Rx to stop stress eating, well today,
it's J Lo's turn.

Jennifer Lopez uses scent as in smells to help her eat less.
The scent she prefers: Grapefruit Oil.
Grapefruit or Vanilla Oils have the ability to increases the feel 

good hormones in your brain, helping you to relax and not rush
to that bag of chips or half a cake left in the fridge.
Another secret that has helped Ms. Lopez- she's had to give up her
beloved soda. She said it only made her feel bloated and gave her 

blotchy skin.

And one more thing about grapefruit oil: when women wore
a little on the collarbone or cleavage  and then went to a
singles bar or dance, the men thought they were 10 to 12 yrs.
younger than actual age.

If you saw our post last week, we mentioned that Julia Roberts uses baking 

soda and not toothpaste to keep her smile sparkling.
Now there's word that she has a secret weapon to stop stress eating.
Her secret: Knitting!

Yes, knitting is gaining in popularity and  not just because of the
beautiful  pieces of clothing you can make. 

It can also help those who suffer from high levels of anxiety
and stress. Ms. Roberts makes a point of bringing her knitting
needles and yarn with her to every set and this way she's not tempted
to eat her way through 3 months of filming.

Another benefit of knitting- It lowers your heart rate and blood pressure
by helping the mind and body become more relaxed.
So, if stress eating, anxiety or racing thoughts are getting the best of you,
do like Ms. Roberts and take up knitting.
