CSI Miami's Rx For Snacking!

                        Eat Like Eva!

Were you a fan of CSI Miami? Well, it's been off the air for a few yrs. 
now, but you can still see it in reruns.
One of the stars- Eva LaRue, decided that the extra 20 pounds she was
carrying had to go. The diet she chose: The "Paleo" diet, also known as
The "Caveman or Cavewomen" diet.

Ms. LaRue did lose weight and gained a few more unexpected benefits
like...tighter and more youthful skin, more energy, better eyesight,
a flatter stomach and thicker and shinier hair.
But wait, Ms. LaRue was so impressed with the diet, she put her
8 yr. daughter on it (a modified plan), and then, her 70 something yr. 

old mother-in-law took up the diet.

As anyone who's ever followed a diet knows, snacking can be
the undoing of good eating and exercises plans, but Ms. LaRue has
found a way to combat the snacking. 

What is it?
She brings a few sticks of Beef Jerky with her, whenever she has to
travel or when she plans on doing a long movie or T.V. shoot.
You may think this is the type of food that would best serve The "Duck
Dynasty" crew or "Larry The Cable Guy!" 

But it's not, it's a food that Ms. LaRue will continue to indulge in.

So, if you need an idea for snack, or you want something that'll 

boost your energy--look for Beef Jerky.

American Idol's Rx To Cut Cravings!

One star who just left American Idol also has a secret that may help you
if you're struggling with stress eating and cravings.
We told yo about Julia Robert's Rx to stop stress eating, well today,
it's J Lo's turn.

Jennifer Lopez uses scent as in smells to help her eat less.
