Supermodel's Favorite Food Rxs For Better Health!

                           Grab a Burger Like GiGi!

Every few years a new batch of supermodels happen upon on the scene, and this yr.
is a bumper crop for the leggy and gorgeous creatures.
You know, Lily Aldrige, Karli Kloss, Kendal Jenner, Behati Prinsloo,
(Aka Mrs. Adam Levine)  Bella Hadid and older sister Gigi,  (or just call them
Taylor Swift's squad).
And today, we're focusing on one, that one is none other than Gigi,
and her favorite food, which is...

Give up?  It's burgers!

That's right, no pieces of lettuce and cigarettes for this chick, she wants
thick, juicy burgers and if you're like Ms. Hadid and eat  a few burgers a wk,

consider yourself lucky.
Lucky, in what way?
Great health and great looks, that's how.
Contrary to what the health-food nuts tell you, beef a few times a week-can...
Slash your risk of developing high blood sugar in half and help keep your mane (hair)
from thinning.

Yes, you're reading it right, beef contains amino acids and healthy fats
that help reduce carb cravings, plus prompts muscle cells to burn up that blood sugar
for fuel.
Now on to Hair.
Concerned about thinning or dried out locks?
Put those fears aside and keep hair looking youthful and glossy for yrs. to
come with beef. Credits goes to the zinc and iron in the beef, 2 minerals that you

definitely need if gorgeous hair is something you want.

And now that you know about the benefits of having beef a few times a wk,
there's something you must do to that burger to ensure it'll really help

keep blood sugar levels low and your hair in tip-top shape.
What is it?
Have it without the Bun.

Yes, Ms. Hadid may have it with the bun for now, but continue this practice,
and the white flour and the small amount of sugar (in that bun) will wreak havoc
on your blood sugar levels (making it easier to become diabetic) your heart, lungs
and other organs and certainly your hair.
New research says high sugar levels is one of the main culprits behind thinning
and lackluster-looking hair.
Important tip: You can make a slice of bread out of cabbage, collards, kale, green squash, eggplant, steam them for a few mins. to soften them up or thinly slice some cucumbers.

So, if you're wondering how Ms. Hadid retains and maintains
that gorgeous face and head of hair, the answers to both of these questions are
right here.

Good Luck!

Male Star's Romance Tips Just For Men!

                        Be More Like Blake!

Guys, having trouble winning the hearts, minds and bodies of the women out there?
Do you think there's some magical potion  that'll help you become a lady
magnet?
Well, if you think a big bank account, a flashy car,  a body that's resembles
the Greek Gods or being a brooding, moody bad boy is what women want
you may be right.

But wait, that's only a small percentage of women, the majority of women
want someone complementary, kind, attentive, funny, hardworking, ambitious
and helpful (with the dishes and laundry).

And do you know what star just revealed that she has found this type of man
after being married for 13 yrs.?
Give up?
It's Gwen Stefani!
Yes, the superstar singer and voice coach is now revealing secrets about her marriage
and why it didn't work.
And those secrets:
She was tired of being put down, belittled and criticized.
She also says that she felt like she was in prison and now she's been released,
released into the arms of kind and loving Blake Shelton.
And yes, there are those who will say "come on" Blake is 6'5" tall, good looking
with dimples, sings and has a bank account overflowing with money.
But hold on, according to insiders who watched the romance blossom,
they (the insiders)say  those aren't the things that swept Ms. Stefani off her feet.

Okay, so what were the things that convinced and captivated her?
People who know Mr. Shelton say he is as kind, complementary, helpful, attentive
funny and affectionate as he is tall, in other words a whole lot.
And if you "can't find or keep the woman of your dreams" perhaps you better
follow the Blake Shelton playbook and become some of or all of the things listed above.
And one last tip: If you do decide to become more like Blake, (a one- woman man)
make sure to practice and use these tips and suggestions on One woman only.
No playing the field,  no juggling 2 or 3 women, because doing so  will only make you a

dirtbag.

And one last tip- If you are new married or planning on getting married
and you want it to last, head on over to DailyMail.co.uk and scroll
down to an article about marriage. Look for the article that starts with
the sentence--You don't truly know your partner for three years.
Click on the story and learn the 7 secrets that'll help you stay married for life.

The Hit Shows St. Paddy's Day Rxs!

      Leftovers That Make You Beautiful

Another St. Patrick's  Day has come and gone and if you're really
Irish like Carson Daly of "The Voice " and  The "Today" show or
you just pretended to be Irish for just one day, you can still use this tip.
The tip: Use foods associated with March 17th for better health
and beauty.
That's right- Foods like cabbage, potatoes and beverages like
Guinness Stout can do more than fill you up, they can also...
a) Thicken hair-
You may have heard about "beer shampoos" and it's
true, beer can thicken hair. A good cup of Stout contains
B vitamins and iron, two things your hair needs
to stay manageable and thick. After shampooing,
pour some Stout into your hair, work it in
and rinse out.
b) Cabbage-
At 30 cents a pound, you should really stock up,
why? It lower your odds of developing breast cancer.
Women in Poland and South Korea (kimchi) eat cabbage
a few times a week and they have the lowest rates of
breast cancer of any women located throughout the World.
Cabbage has special compounds in it that help
usher out damaging estrogen, helping keep breasts
healthy.
Also important, make sure to cook it.
Eating too many raw cabbage dishes (Coleslaw) may ruin your
thyroid.
c) Potatoes-
A dirty word to a lot of carb-hating celebrities,
but it's just not true. Potatoes especially the
skin, can do everything from keep fine lines away,
to getting rid of undereye circles, to lowering
blood pressure to ending blue mods.
In fact, one star who uses them to stay upbeat
and happy is Jane Fonda.

So, if you thought St. Paddy's Day was all about drinking to excess,
you're wrong, it's also a time to look and feel your best.
Need proof- Just ask Carson Daly or Colin Farrell.

Good Luck!
