Walt Disney's Worlds' Rxs For More Happiness!

Boost Happiness With A Trip To Disneyland!

It's not called "The Happiest Place on Earth" for nothing.

What place are we talking about? Disneyland, of course.

If you're planning on going to Disneyland next month or in 6 months,
then make sure you really get your money's worth and boost not
only your kids happiness, but yours as well.
Going on the rides, eating sweet treats and buying souvenirs are great,
but make sure to take advantage of all the attractions, like...

1) Walk This Way-
Did you know that the designers who built this incredible park
made a lot of walkways user-friendly.
In other words, you may walk on cement for a short while and then walk

on rubber-like material.
This was designed to give your feet a variety of textures and those different textures
can stimulate certain pressure points on your feet. The very pressure points
that boost happiness and reduce stress levels.
So, if you're not too squeamish or frightened of germs, kick off your shoes
and take advantage of the carpeting and rubber tiles.
2) Boost Creativity-
We know, you want to relax. That's okay, you can still relax and work your mind
as well, how? By looking at and memorizing some of the round shapes you saw.
Round shapes? Yes, from Mickey's ears to the round shapes of some of the buildings,
the designers wanted every curve to flow into the next, just like the soft shape of
a human being. Round circles help put you at ease, and when you come home from
walking, eating high-calorie foods and riding on kiddie rides,  draw some circles.

Doodling (especially circles) makes you feel more relaxed and it even increases your
creativity. Tracing circles or squares causes a meditation-like state and helps you
relax. It's also a great exercise for kids.

That's it for now, and at a later date, we'll tell you why watching the water rides
and taking in the scent of all of that decadent food can also boost your happiness.

Good Luck!
