Oprah's Spa Rx To Look Younger!

Look Younger With A Spa Treatment!

Oprah, like Christie Brinkley and Howard Stern turned
60 this past week.
And Oprah said that she was going to have a party to
end all parties and then, she changes her mind.

Oprah may not be having a big 60th blowout, but she'll
probably continue to indulge in one of her favorite
activities, what is it?
Heading to a Spa.
That's right, when you have Billions in the bank, getting
spa treatments is one of the greatest joys in life.

But what about the rest of us, who are financially challenged?
You can be like Oprah, and do your own version
of an at-home spa treatment.
An at-home spa treatment?
Yes, and get this, this spa treatment may turn back the clock.

That's right- A hot cocoa facial.
Hot cocoa is loaded with antioxidants called flavonols,

and flavonols, can slough off dead skin cells and moisturize
the skin as well, and if you're concerned about dry, flaky
skin this Winter, this is the facial for you.

The Ingredients:
2 tbsp. of cocoa (real cocoa)
2 tbsp. of yogurt )plain)
1 tbsp. of honey
Directions:
Mix all 3 ingredients together and apply to a clean,

dry face and neck. Lie back in a comfortable chair
for 15 to 20 mins.
After the 20 mins. are up, head to the bathroom and rinse

off with warm water and pat your face dry.
Do this once or twice a week.
Or skip the mixing, and look for a product called Montagne
Jeunesse Chocolate Mud Masque, price $3.00, online at

Ulta.com.

That's it- the at-home spa treatment for those who are
challenged...financially. And one more tip- cocoa can be
worn, but make sure to drink some as well, you'll be
doing double-duty to help turn back the clock.

Good Luck!

The Doctor's Rx For Dry Tired Hands and Feet!

The Doctor's Rx For Tired Soles!

Are you a fan of the T.V. show "The Doctors?"
The doctors like Travis Storke, Ian Smith and Jennifers Ashton and Berman
are breaking away from traditional medicine and going the alternative
route.

On today's show they did all natural cures for age spots, blemishes,
dandruff and other problems related to your looks.
If this Winter is taking a toll on your hands and feet, use the following

all-natural, affordable spa-style treatment.

Fill a basin with cool water and drop in some slices of lemon and oranges.
Also add some fresh mint, place your hands in the basin and leave them in for
a few minutes. After a 5 to 10 mins. remove your hands and dry them off
with a clean towel. Remove the citrus slices and mint and put in some
more lemon and orange slices and mint leaves.
This time, place your feet in, and leave them in there for 15 to 20
mins. After your time is up, remove your feet, pat dry and rub in
your favorite cream (or use olive oil).

Why citrus?
The lemons and oranges are rich in vitamin C, (which brightens
the skin) and the mint (release invigorating oils that revitalize tired,
achy feet.
And if you want to forgo slicing up the lemons, oranges and the mint,
just buy the all-ready made product called Qtica Lemon Dream Triple
Action Fresh Soak, price $16.00. Find it online at Zoya.com.
