Low-Cost Beauty Products For All Women!

Kitchen Cures For Your Beauty Woes!

Ladies, if you think you have to spend small fortunes (like some stars)
to look your absolute best, you're wrong.
When you pay a hefty amount  for a small amount of moisturizing cream
or a  body scrub, you're actually paying more for the decorative
container the product comes in.

That's right, that 2 oz. of lotion or cream isn't really that much,
and if you're the type that prefers to use everyday common items to
enhance your beauty, you're in luck.
The following list of common household items are really inexpensive and
just as effective as the pricey beauty products you see in beauty supply

shops and drugstores.
So, if you're one who loves to save money and use what's available
from your refrigerator or pantry, just look below and get started on a

new and improved more beautiful you.

a) Be like Kylie-
Don't jeopardize  your lips (with surgery)in the hopes of getting that "pouty" look,
just mix some cinnamon with vitamin E, (break open a capsule) and smear
this combo on your clean, dry lips.
b) Baking Soda-
Mentioned in past posts, this box of 99 cents wonderment is the go-to beauty
solution for Queen Latifah and Nancy O'Dell of "Entertainment Tonight.

The Queen uses some in her bath water for silky smooth skin,
and Ms. O'Dell makes a paste of baking soda and water and gently exfoliates
the dead skin off of her face.
Another use- a scrub for your lips. Use once or twice a week, you don't want to

take too much skin off, then you'll need cinnamon and vit. E or a surgeon, (like Kylie)
c) Garlic-
Oh no, many are concerned about the smell, but placing some garlic
in a bowl with some olive or coconut oil can help strengthen nails.
Place your nails in this combo for 3 to 5 minutes a few times a week to

make nails tougher and stronger. Also make some dietary changes.
Look to the new and improved Atkins diet or the "Wheat Belly" diet
to get the nails of your dreams.
d) Be Like Jessica-
No, not Alba or Biel, but Simpson. She uses a strawberry on her teeth to make

them movie star bright. Just rub 1/2  of a fresh strawberry on your teeth.
e) Coconut Oil-
The coconut oil craze is still going strong, and if you use it to cook delicious
meals, save some and use it a moisturizer, (after a bath or shower) on your skin,
to remove makeup or control your frizzy locks.

Go to Pinterest and type coconut oil beauty products in the search bar
for more tips.
f) For Runners and Walkers-
A number of stars walk and run to stay in shape and remain youthful,
and if you also like to stay in shape this way but hate the blisters
that follow- get out your deodorant. Yes, roll some deodorant
on the soles of your feet (and toes) and then venture out to run or walk.

That's it- some low-cost beauty hacks for women who may live in

Beverly Hills Calif. or any small town in the U.S.A.

And if you want more great info like this, head on over to Amazon.com
and type Beauty Rxs From The World's Most Beautiful Women

in the search bar. Download it and find out how the women of Japan,
South Korea, Brazil, Denmark, Italy, (Sophia Loren) Russia, and

Australia, (Margot Robbie) stay so youthful and beautiful using

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx To Pamper Your Feet!

Simple Solution To Treat Dry Winter Feet!

With the Winter season here, skin, hair, nails and feet will
suffer from the dry indoor air. Your feet will become dry and
scaly especially if you wear boots on a regular basis.

Luckily, there's a simple cure and you may already have it
in your kitchen cupboard, what is it?
Baking soda! A spa owner says there's really no need to invest
a small fortune in creams and moisturizers, when a little baking
soda will do the trick.

To do- Get out a large basin, fill it with warm water and 3 tbsps.
of baking soda. Place your feet in the basin for 10 to 15 mins.
After that, take your feet out of the basin, and remove the water.
While your feet are still damp, (inside of the basin or in the tub)
place a little baking soda mixed with salt or sugar (brown or white)
on the rough surfaces and calluses of your feet and rub away.
After finishing this next step, rinse your feet off and towel dry.
Get out your favorite moisturizer, or vaseline or canola oil
and massage some on both the tops and bottom of your feet,

Put on a pair of thick, clean socks and leave them on overnight
or until your Christmas party or family gathering.

That's it- Another inexpensive tip to help you look like a star,
without having to spend money like a star.

Good Luck!

Queen Latifah's Rx For Beautiful Skin!

                                 Smooth Skin For Life!

Queen Latifah is past 40 yrs. of age, although looking at her skin you'd
never guess it. How does she keep it looking so smooth and taut?
With a product you probably have in your kitchen cabinet.

The product? Baking soda!

That's right- the stuff you use to remove odors from your freezer,
or to brush your teeth, can also be used to keep skin looking

youthful.

Queen Latifah mixes a tbsp. into her inexpensive cleanser,
(Cetaphil). The baking soda helps balance your skin's pH,
fighting skin problems like blemishes and giving you a
glow worthy of a movie star.
An important tip: try this tip when you have some time off,
introducing something new to your skin, may cause redness.

And you don't want red skin on a work or school day.

Good Luck!
