Fall Food Rx For Beautiful Nails!

                  Boost Nail Growth!

Do you have trouble growing your nails in the Winter?
Well, before investing in creams or other high-priced
options, head to your pantry.

The pantry?

Yes, don't waste a small fortune on cosmetics that may not even work,

just use a few items from your pantry.
Items like...
almond oil- 1 cup

pumpkin from the can, 1 tsp.
ginger powder 1/2 tsp.
Mix the items together and place in a blender.

Blend for a few seconds and then place the combined
foods in a clean container. Store in a cool dry place.

Each night before bed, massage some of the pumpkin ginger oil
over each nail and the cuticle.
Pumpkins contain vitamins A and E which help nails grow and the almond

oil keeps cuticles soft.

That's it- saving money by making your own beauty products.
For more tips on how to make home-made beauty products for your
face and hair using canned pumpkin, go to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and download Orange is the New Green, Healing Rxs From The Pumpkin Patch!

Good Luck!

Rachael Ray's Food Rx For Beautiful Teeth!

                               Stronger and Whiter Teeth!

Rachael Ray, the host of her own her show, did an interesting segment
on her show last week.
The segment: Foods that boost beauty. The fashion maven-Gretta Monahan,
broke from her usual comfort zone of fashion and showed how some

foods actually help you look more beautiful.
Ms. Monahan talked about teeth and how to build enamel, and the food
she said would do it...Cheese.

Yes, cheese, more specifically, a hard cheddar. Eating cheese a few times
a week means less decay, thanks to the harder enamel from all of that cheese.
Cheese neutralizes the acid in the mouth that the cavity-causing bacteria feed on.
So, if you're concerned about tooth decay and want something natural,
pick up some good quality hard cheddar cheese.

And if you're concerned about weight or if you have problems with dairy,
disregard this  tip. Or better yet, eat chickpeas, they too, also protect the
teeth from decay.

Good Luck!
