Twilight's Rx For More Happiness!

                             Boost Happiness Like Kristen!

We're sure most people out there have heard about the shocking news from
the two leads of the Twilight series.
You know, Actress Kristen Stewart has cheated on the supposed
"love of her life"-Robert Pattison.

And according to the latest news- Mr. Pattison has moved out of the mansion
they shared.
Ms. Stewart has written a heartfelt apology to Mr. Pattison, but the worse is
yet to come, the worse: Depression. It's inevitable, even to someone who's
thought to be cold and unfeeling.

If you  are going through something similar to Rob and Kristen
and you want to avoid the depression that's sure to follow,
eat more fish and avocados. Fish and avocados? Yup, fish like trout,
salmon, sardines, herring and avocados contain good fats and other
nutrients that lower your chances of becoming depressed by a whopping 45%.

But there's a catch, the catch: you can't deep fry the fish, or add
fries, a sweet beverage or unlimited chips (to the avocados) or you'll
undo the health benefits of the fish and avocados and end up more depressed.

So, today's lesson- to avoid the blue moods and heartache of a breakup,
load up on avocados and fish.

Good Luck!
