A Star's Healthy Fast Food Rx To End Joint Pain!

Fish Tacos For a Saturday Night!

"J Lo" (or Jennifer Lopez) is constantly being asked what's
she does to look so good at age 46?

Her replies are the usual...dance, drink plenty of water,
get enough sleep, cut out soda and eat plenty of fish.

Yes, the last one may really be the secret of her youthful looks

and incredible dance moves at age 46, and if you too, are a big fan
of fish, then you need to give yourself a pat on the back.

Eating fish a few times a week will do a number of great things for  your
health, things like...

* turn back on the clock on skin, plumping it up, making it look less wrinkled
(consider it a cheaper and safer form of Botox)
* put an end to bad and depressive moods, some doctors prescribe more fish
(and not harmful anti-depressants) to banish blue moods and negative thoughts.

* keep arteries clear- concerned about damaged arteries and blood clots?
Eat more fish.
* Ease aches and pains- Eating a few servings of fish each may work just as well
or even better than doctor-prescribed arthritic medications. It's the healthy fats
that help repair damaged muscles and joints.

Wait, you say you're not a fish eater?  Perhaps the following recipe
for a taco, (a Fish taco) will make you a convert.
The recipe:
Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa.
Ingredients:
4 pieces of fish, salmon, trout, catfish, cooked on top of the stove-using a small
amount of oil, or cooked in the oven.

Or just use frozen breaded fillets and cook according to the directions on
the back of the box, (once cooked, allow to cool and remove the breading)
1 red onion, cut into thin slices
1 mango, (ripe) dice it into cubes
1/2 cup of chopped up peppers, red or green
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, ( muddle it with a wooden spoon) to make it less "soapy tasting"
2 Tbs. Lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream
A cup (or 2) of chopped greens, romaine or iceberg lettuce
4 taco shells (prepare according to the directions on the box)

1 Tbs. mashed chipotle  peppers in Adobo sauce, look for Goya or
La Morena at your local supermarket.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:
Place your fish in a bowl and cut into bite size pieces. (or leave it whole)
Combine the mango, pepper, cilnatro and lime juice in
another bowl. And then, combine the sour cream with the chipotle
peppers in another bowl. After that is done, start making your tacos.
Place some fish in a taco, add the mango salsa, and finish it up
with the chipotle sour cream and some lettuce.

That's it- and here are some more tips  regarding fish,
If it (fish) is too pricey, head to Trader's Joe, Aldi.
or Costco and stock up on salmon, sardines and tuna in the cans.
Avoid deep frying it in vats of oil, as this increases your odds of having a stroke.
Do combine your fish with veggies, or brown rice and not French fries, hush puppies,
Mac and Cheese and buckets of soda (or Kool-aid)
Having  fish a few times a week and you too, can look and feel younger just like "J Lo"

And one last tip....

Go online and look for books by Nicholas Perricone, he's a dermatologist and
Yale professor who started writing about the benefits of fish to turn back the
clock (on one's appearance) about 15 yrs. ago.
Also head to Amazon.com and type The Nordic Secrets to Perfect Health

in the search bar. Download it and learn how the people of Scandinavian
countries eat tons of fish and suffer way less depression (even with 3 hours of
sunlight in the Winter) than their American brothers and sisters.

Good Luck!

Celebrity Rxs For Low-Cost Beauty Products!

                                Spend Less On Beauty Products!

If you think most or all stars spend ginormous amounts of money to
hold onto or achieve their beauty, you're sadly mistaken.
Yes, some do spend hundreds on pricey creams and moisturizers,
and then there are those that spend thousands on cosmetic surgery.
Well, as one great man or woman (we're not sure) said--"Attaining beauty
shouldn't be expensive or painful."
And if those are the words you want to live by, then start following the examples
set by...
a) Tyra Banks-
We've covered this before, but here it is again, Ms. Banks uses Vaseline.

Popular for decades in African-American homes, Ms. Banks has taken
up this tradition and still uses it today.
Use it as a hair gel, or a lip balm. put some on a scrape or bruise or use it
as a moisturizer for your face., legs and hands.

One tip: Some women have complained that it (Vaseline) makes them look
"too shiny" if that's the case- put on your regular moisturizer first,

and then put a little vaseline on the eyes, upper lip and neck.
A fun fact: A woman appeared on the talk show "Sally Jessy Raphael" some yrs. back,
and said the reason she was wrinkle-free at 60...was Vaseline.
b) Ellen and Oprah-
Yes, you're reading it right,  and if you're wondering what could these
2 talk show titans have in common regarding beauty?
Well,  the answer would be avocados!
We're not sure if they eat them or even apply them to their skin or hair,
but we do know that both women have properties and on both of those

properties are...lots of avocado trees.
And for less than $1.50 each,  your skin and hair can benefit greatly.
Eat them or mix them with other foods and you have the makings

of a youth-boosting product that will give any expensive cream or surgery
a run for their money. And now that Winter is here, and you want to keep
your locks (hair) soft, thick and manageable, use an avocado hair mask.

Mash some up with egg yolks or a bottle of flat beer, place on your hair,
put on a shower cap and sit back and relax for 20 mins.
After that, rinse out and shampoo and condition your hair as you normally
would.
And if you're not a fan of using foods in your hair, that's okay,
eating some avocado a few times a week-will help boost moods,
lower cholesterol levels, (yea, no statins) and even help you
reduce that middle (belly fat) Or head to your local drugstore
and look for avocado shampoos and conditioners.
And one last tip-- Some stores are now selling avocados very cheaply.
Head to Aldi's or B.J.s or Costco and stock up. Peel them. place some
lemon juice on them and put them in the freezer.
Or you can send Ellen or Oprah an email,  or a tweet and ask if they'll
let you buy some very cheaply or take any extra avocados off their hands.
c) Deborah Norville-
Yes, the host of the T.V. show "Inside Edition" has been around for almost
3 decades now and will be 60 yrs. of age in less than 3 yrs.
And although Ms. Norville is pushing some type of cream by "The Doctor's"
(the T.V. show) Andrew Ordon, she was a big believer in eggs.

More specifically-Egg whites. Eating egg whites is quite popular,
but did you know that spreading the whites on your eyes, upper lips, forehead,
and chin kept fine lines away.

Well, the egg whites are popular for those concerned about fine lines,
but for the rest of the population concerned about loose and wrinkling skin,
then use the other part of the egg- the yolk.
The egg yolk is an inexpensive powerhouse for those concerned about the
parts of the body that really age quickly--the eyes, the neck and the hands.
And why do they age so quickly? Thinner skin and even fewer oil glands.
So, if you're a fan of eggs, remember- don't just eat them, wear them as well,
on your face and in your hair.
Want more on the power of eggs? Go to Amazon.com/the kindle store,
and type The Great Easter Egg Hunt in the search bar. Download it,
for the same price you pay for a pack of gum, you can find out how
eggs benefit your heart, eyes, skin, hair and brains.
The last tip: A women from India, prescribed an egg yolk on the face for
30 straight days for those suffering from out-of-control acne.

This as well as limiting or (giving up for 30 days) white foods, (bread, rice
and pasta) sweets, (donuts, canolis, Oreos) processed foods, (Ramen

noodles and boxed Taco mixes) and sugary beverages (Mountain Dew
and Red Bull).

d) J Lo-
We've covered this subject before, but since she's all over the news,
here's her inexpensive beauty tip: Give up soda, (Coke, diet cokes and

Mountain Dew) and eat more fish.
Jennifer follows Dr. Nicholas Perricone, the Yale School Dermatologist,
who says that if you want youthful skin, effortless weight loss
and lean and toned muscles, then you must eat fish.
And we're not talking the wild-caught salmon (at $9.99 a pound)
that Ms. Lopez eats, sardines and canned salmon benefit you (your skin)
just as well. And make sure to eat the fish with vegetables, fruits,

nuts, seeds and plain yogurt. No Mac & Cheese or fries.
Another tip: Make sure to bake, broil, stir-fry (in a little oil)
or poach it, deep frying it will only cause more breakouts on your

face, back and chest. Fried foods also raise your odds of having a stroke
and heart attack.
One last fun fact: There's a region in Spain where the women not only
eat sardines, they also wear them.
Yup, they say it works better than any pricey cream at keeping their
skin wrinkle-free.

That's it, and due to our busy schedules, we're unable to get to
Cameron Diaz, or Christie Brinkley, Julia Robert's, Kim K.
Queen Latifah or Sophia Loren's beauty secrets, but you can
still get them, how?

Head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download,
see title to the right. And in addition to their secrets,
you'll also get a ton of beauty secrets to keep your hair,
skin, nails, and feet in tip-top shape during the harsh
and cold Winter months. Don't delay, get your gorgeous
on today.

Good Luck!

Food Rx For New Hollywood Moms!

Simple Solution For Smooth Baby Skin!

Whether you're a Hollywood mom, or a mom from Toledo or Parma Ohio,
this is a tip you can use.
New research says that a number of babies are getting Eczema, (a chronic skin inflammation)
and it may be due to the number of antibiotics mom took over the yrs.
Well, if it's from antibiotics or hereditary, you just want it to be gone.
And one way to do it is not with medicine but with food.

The food?
Fish!
Yes, at around 6, 7 or 8 months of age, start giving your little one some
fish. What type of fish?
Well, it shouldn't be fish sticks or deep fried fish, but a good quality fish that's

been baked or broiled with a little olive or coconut oil and some herbs and spices.
The omega-3 fatty acids in fish help build immunity to keep invading viruses from
entering the body.

That's it- and remember, this is just a food tip, if you feel that medicine works

best, by all means go that route.

Good Luck!

The E Channel's Rx To Stopping The Breast Cancer Myths!

Learn The Truth About Breast Cancer!

Kourtney Kardashian of "The Kardashians" is the one sister who really

seems interested in her health. And with such concerns there are some
things that aren't true. One of those things: Kourtney stopped wearing

roll-on deodorant fearing it would cause breast cancer rates to go up.

Well, if you must know there are some other things that are said about
getting breast cancer that may or may not be true, look below

and find out for yourself.
a) Deodorant-
Since deodorant stops sweating, they block the release of cancer-causing
toxins from the underarms, allowing them to build up in the breasts.
Well, it's not true and doctors say that if that were the case, wouldn't
more Men get it as well. So, continue to use that deodorant, the numbers are
the same for women who use a roll-on deodorant and for those who go
au naturel and don't use anything.
b) Birth Control Pills-
Women feared they would cause breast cancer rates to go up, but they don't.
Yes, they release estrogen and too much estrogen is a contributor to breast cancer,

but the new pills have such low levels it really doesn't make that much of a difference.
c) Burgers-
Hollywood loves vegetarianism, veganism, all fruit diets, juice fasts you name it.
And there are a few stars who still love a juicy burger. An occasional burger is okay,
have one everyday and you will increase your rates of getting breast cancer.
The fat in a burger irritates breast tissue and over time that causes inflammation
and B.C. Also important: avoid the cooked over the high flames burgers,
juices that drip into the fire and then increase that smoky atmosphere
will also increase B.C. rates to go up.
d) Lumps and Bumps-
Over time breasts may develop bumps and lumps, it doesn't mean it's B.C.
What does? Look for nipple changes,
changes in the shape and a breast that looks dimpled (like cellulite).
e) Pain in The Breasts-
Again, pain may not mean B.C. It may mean your new medicine, antibiotic,
diet change or a lot of coffee is causing that breast pain
If the pain really bothers you, then have it checked out.

That's it- and if you need more of this info, like... what's the best mammogram,
hormonal therapy, how makeup may be causing B.C. why potatoes made like this
may be causing B.C. levels to rise, and the importance
of self examinations- go to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and download a copy of The Superfoods That Prevent Breast Cancer!
It's not only reveals the foods that shut down B.C. you'll also
learn how to prevent...
a) The Cancer That Was Known As The "LadyKiller"
b) The Cancer That Took Actor Christopher Reeves' Wife
c) Stopping The "Celebrity" Cancer
d) Preventing The Cancer That Took Katy Couric's Husband
e) Keep Skin Cancer-Proof For Life With These Foods and Supplements
f) Preventing the Cancer That Took Gwyneth Paltrow's Dad.
