Why this time? Another one of her "natural" products
may contain harmful chemicals, thus not living up to being chemical-free

And if you're the type that only looks for and uses beauty, household
or clothing products that are chemical-free, you're in luck.

How so?
The following tip is for all those who want wrinkle-free clothes

but just don't have the time to iron.

The tip:

Make your own wrinkle erasing spray.
That's right, and all you need is 1 Tbs. of white vinegar,

1 tsp. of conditioner, and 2 cups of water, pour all 3 ingredients
into a spray bottle and the next time you notice that blouse looking

wrinkled, Spritz on some all-natural wrinkle remover spray, and then tug on
the fabric to remove the creases and wrinkles.

And one last tip: Spot-test  this wrinkle remover on delicate fabrics first.

That's it- your tip for saving money and your health.
Money saved for a store bought product- $7.00 to $10.00.
Money saved for better health, tens of thousands or maybe even millions. (depending

A Movie Stars' Wife's Rx For Damaged Hair!

                                Save That Damaged Hair!

If you're a real fan of movie star Matthew McConaughey, then you know that he
married a woman from Brazil and according to some, this is the country that produces
the "most beautiful women in the World".

Hey, some people from Sweden, Italy, Greece, Spain and Australia may disagree,
but it's only the opinion of a certain few.
Well, with that said, you may want to know how they (the women) maintain
their stunning good looks on paltry budgets.
Their secrets:

Food.
Yes, they eat it,, but they also wear and use it, as in masques, scrubs, and hair conditioners
and one of the foods they use is brown sugar.
More specifically brown sugar to nourish their hair.
And if your hair has taken a beating this Winter and you want to undo some
of the damage, mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar (coarse) with 1/4 cup of ripe avocado,
mash it well, and vitamin E. Get some from your local drugstore.
Break open a capsule or two and add it to the avocado and sugar, and mix well.
Head to the shower, step in and pour some water on your hair, (just enough to

dampen it) then start applying the sugar, avocado and vitamin E to your hair,
massage it into your scalp using slow, circular motions, take a seat (on the edge
of the tub) Leave on for a few minutes and then turn on the water and rinse the
the 3 ingredient hair conditioner out. After that, you can shampoo and condition your

hair as you normally would.

That's it, and if you want more tips like how the Brazilian women nourish dry hair
and refresh oily hair, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type
Beauty Rxs From The World's Hottest Women in the search box.

You won't just learn how Brazilian women stay young and gorgeous well into

middle age, you'll also learn how Italian, French, Greek, Australian, Chinese, Japanese,
German, Jamaican and Swedish women do so as well.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx For Growing Your Hair!

Grow Your Hair Like A Star!

Ever marvel at a star and her beautiful locks?
You ask- "is it real or is it extensions, a weave or extra
hair sewn in?"
Well, stop envying your favorite star for her gorgeous locks
and start growing your own hair with these tips.

The hair growing tips:
a) For Fine Hair-
Moisturize the ends, this is where the growth comes from.
Use a leave-in conditioner (such as Garnier Fructis Leave-in
Conditioner) available at drugstores.
b) For Thick Hair-
Use a fast-absorbing oil (like Carol's Daughter Khoret
Amen Hair Oil) find it online at Sephora.com.
Apply it right before bed to dry hair. That hydration
from the oil will prevent split ends that can slow down hair
growth. Another tip: When you have your hair cut,
ask for a "dusting." It's a term used to snip off the very tips of your
hair, so you don't lose a lot of length.

That's it- another tip to save you money and help you look your
best.

Good Luck!
