recently revealed on their reality show- "that she's addcited to her
electronic devices, mainly her phone!"

Well, if you're like Kris Jenner and are addicted to your cell phone,
then let it be known, that one aspect of your life will surely suffer. 

What is it? Sleep!

Looking at a laptop, iPad or cellphone right up until the time you go
to bed, doubles your risk of restless sleep. Even if the screen's not that bright,
it doesn't matter, it can kickstart your brain's production of energizing beta waves.
Turn All electric gadgets off an hour before and see if it makes a difference
in your life. And if you use a nightlight, try and get one with a red bulb.
