Chelsea Lately's Rx For Wool!

Keep Your Wool In Tip-Top Shape!

You may have heard that late night host Chelsea Handler loves
vodka. Loving vodka like Chelsea can put your health at risk,
so you may want to drink it occasionally.

But you can still benefit from vodka- without drinking it,
say what...That's right- if you have wool sweaters, vests or other
wool garments on hand and you want to keep them free of odors
and bacteria, lightly sprinkle them (the wool garments) with vodka.
The alcohol in the vodka helps preserves the wool and doesn't leave behind
an alcohol odor.

One more tip: make sure to hang the sweaters, skirts and vests in ventilated
areas.

That's it- a useful tip for Chelsea Handler's favorite beverage.

Good Luck!

The E Channel's Rx For Multitasking!

                          Simple Tip To Multitask!

Do you have to do more than 3 things at once?
You know, like fix breakfast, answer e-mails and

tend to the kids?
Well, that's called multitasking and the most famous
multitasker out there right now is Chelsea Handler.

Yes, Chelsea from the late night show "Chelsea Lately"
from the E network, she claims to be a multitasker but not a very good one.
She has to write for her show, studyup  on the guest who'll appear on
her show, do concerts, tend to her pet- "Chunk" watch out
for her brother Roy, her sidekick Chuey and write bestselling books.
So, you see, she has her hands full, and if you too, have
a lot of things you must do during the day, perhaps the
simple tip below might make things easier.

The tip:
Sit still and concentrate just on your breathing for a few minutes.

Why concentrate on your breathing? Calmly focusing on your breathing,
reduces the stress of juggling many tasks by sharpening your memory
and improving concentration.
In fact, there are a number of things that can be improved by
focusing on breathing in and breathing out, things like...
a) improving sex drive in Women.

b) easing hot flashes
c) ending anxiety attacks
d) better and deeper sleep.
Plus much more.

That's it- A simple tip to make this Labor day and future Labor days
much simpler.

Chelsea Handler's Rx To Improve Concentration!

                                Exercise Tip To Concentrate Better!

Chelsea Handler-host of the popular nighttime show-"Chelsea Lately"
is writing a new book. What's so special about this?
She's written three bestsellers already, but said each book becomes more difficult-
why? Concentration!

You see, Ms. Handler like a lot of adults has a lot going on, and the more you
have going on in your life-the harder it is for you to concentrate and get down to
business.
But wait, there's an easy exercise that only takes 5 to 10 mins. a day,
and it'll help you improve your concentration considerably.

The exercise: Deep Breathing!

Used by yogis around the World and Alec Baldwin,  the simple technique
of sitting quietly and breathing in through your nose and out through
your mouth for 5 mins. twice a day will help you get back your ability
to concentrate. This exercise also rewires your brain to decrease the activity
that causes you to daydream and become easily distracted in the first place.

So, if you're trying to write a bestseller like Ms. Handler or if
you just want to be able to concentrate while paying bills,
take a seat and breathe in and out.

Good Luck!

Chelsea Handler's Rx For Fighting Body Odor!

                  Smell Great Like Chelsea!

Chelsea Handler-the red hot comedienne and host of her own show,
"Chelsea Lately" sometimes speak of her powerful body odor,
especially underarm odor.

When body odor like that happens, it's probably caused by a zinc deficiency.
It happens to some women who give up meat, mainly because meat contains
zinc and too little or no zinc, and body odor is sure to follow.

But, we know that's not the case with Ms. Handler, as she shares her love
of meat with her viewers on a semi-regular basis.

So, if you like Ms. Handler is battling body odor, try the snack that most
people
love, the snack: Cashews! That's right- the tasty nuts are rich in Zinc,
and zinc stops the growth of smell-producing skin bacteria.

Other sources of Zinc: spinach, lean beef, mushrooms, sunflower and
pumpkin seeds.
Or look for a good zinc supplement at GNC.

And another tip: Get more green vegetables into your diet, Greens contain
chlorophyll, and the more chlorophyll in your system, the better you'll smell.
That's right- people who have gone vegetarian, reportedly smell better and
they probably take a zinc supplement. Some notable vegetarians...
Howard Stern,  Brandy, Steven Spielberg and Ellen DeGeneres to name a few.

That's It- Cashews to end body funk, and if you have access to
Ms. Handler's Twitter page, perhaps you'll want to pass this tip on.

Good Luck!
