An Old Sitcom's Rx For Living Till 100!

If you want to live till you're 90's or beyond you may want to take
some advice from an old sitcom. And for those who feel 70 to 80 yrs. is enough,
you may want to stop reading right about now.

Longevity experts always have a list of things you should and shouldn't 

do to reach 90 yrs. of age or more, you know, things like...
*exercise more
* eat less meat
* eat more beans
* eat fewer (or no) processed foods
* drink green tea
* cut out wheat
* attend some type of religious service
* never pick up a cigarette (or quit smoking)
And on and on, but surprisingly, the following tip
from a top sitcom may help you reach your goal (of getting to 100 yrs. of age)
better and more easily than all of the tips listed above.

Spend a great deal of time with Friends.

way back in 1993 and that something was- a good group of close-knit

* keep your memory sharp

Chelsea Lately's Rx For Wool!

                                 Keep Your Wool In Tip-Top Shape! 

You may have heard that late night host Chelsea Handler loves
vodka. Loving vodka like Chelsea can put your health at risk,
so you may want to drink it occasionally.

But you can still benefit from vodka- without drinking it,
say what...That's right- if you have wool sweaters, vests or other

                          Simple Tip To Multitask! 

Do you have to do more than 3 things at once?
You know, like fix breakfast, answer e-mails and 

tend to the kids? 
Well, that's called multitasking and the most famous
multitasker out there right now is Chelsea Handler.

Yes, Chelsea from the late night show "Chelsea Lately" 
from the E network, she claims to be a multitasker but not a very good one.
She has to write for her show, studyup  on the guest who'll appear on
her show, do concerts, tend to her pet- "Chunk" watch out
for her brother Roy, her sidekick Chuey and write bestselling books.
So, you see, she has her hands full, and if you too, have
a lot of things you must do during the day, perhaps the
simple tip below might make things easier.

The tip:
Sit still and concentrate just on your breathing for a few minutes. 

Why concentrate on your breathing? Calmly focusing on your breathing,
reduces the stress of juggling many tasks by sharpening your memory
and improving concentration.
In fact, there are a number of things that can be improved by
focusing on breathing in and breathing out, things like...
a) improving sex drive in Women. 

b) easing hot flashes
c) ending anxiety attacks
d) better and deeper sleep.

Chelsea Handler's Rx To Improve Concentration!

                                Exercise Tip To Concentrate Better! 

Chelsea Handler-host of the popular nighttime show-"Chelsea Lately"
is writing a new book. What's so special about this?
She's written three bestsellers already, but said each book becomes more difficult-
why? Concentration!

You see, Ms. Handler like a lot of adults has a lot going on, and the more you
have going on in your life-the harder it is for you to concentrate and get down to
business.
But wait, there's an easy exercise that only takes 5 to 10 mins. a day,
and it'll help you improve your concentration considerably. 

The exercise: Deep Breathing!

of sitting quietly and breathing in through your nose and out through
your mouth for 5 mins. twice a day will help you get back your ability
to concentrate. This exercise also rewires your brain to decrease the activity
that causes you to daydream and become easily distracted in the first place.

you just want to be able to concentrate while paying bills,
take a seat and breathe in and out.
