Hollywood's Rx For A Successful Valentine's Day!

Have A Very Merry Valentine's Day!

A popular plot in a lot of Hollywood movies, is the..." fall in love, live happily ever after."
But, let's face it, it's a plot not many "regular" folks are familiar with.
Just look at Dr. Phil, Jerry, Maury Povich, Divorce Court, Paternity Test and
you can see--falling in love ans staying that way are extremely difficult.
Well, that may all change, how?
A woman has written an interesting article about love.
More specifically- getting someone to fall in love with you in a matter of hours.

Say what?
That's right, the article explains how taking someone you may be interested in,
sitting him or her down, so they're facing you, then have them answer a number of

questions, (some very personal) and when not answering the questions-you gaze
lovingly into each other's eyes.
The female journalist claims this worked for her. She saw an old classmate,
then followed him on Instagram, ran into him and asked him-if he would be willing to
take the test.
Well, we won't give out the ending, you'll just have to find out for yourself.

How?
By going to Google.com, and when you get there, type-The New York Times
article written by Mandy Len Catron., in the search bar,When you see her name, just
click on the link that says To Fall In Love With Anyone Do This!
Although the title says "anyone" remember, you have to be familiar with the person
you're interested in.

It won't work if you have a crush on Bradley Cooper or Mila Kunis.
Hey, who knows, you too, may have your very own version of "The Notebook!"

And one last thing, if you are in a good (great) sexual relationship
and you're a woman and you want to keep it that way, head to
Amazon.com/the kindle store.
Why?
There's an E-Document titled Natural Libido Boosters Just For Women.
Some ladies complain "there's no Viagra or libido boosters out there for us"
Well, that was then, today- you can find all types of natural libido boosters at your
pharmacies and/or  supermarkets, you just have to be motivated and want them.
That's it- With 4 weeks until Valentine's Day, there's still time.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx For Having Babies!

                            Having Babies In Hollywood!

Are you aware of all of the babies that have been born in Hollywood
the past 3 yrs?
Well, if you're thinking babies are like colds in that a lot of people
seem to have them after one or two stars announce that their pregnant,
you may be onto something.
Believe it or not, there's some truth to it, babies like colds can become
contagious.
The people who did the research think that when women hear their
friends talk about morning sickness, cravings and not getting any sleep,

they too, want to try and start their own families and get some of that
morning sickness and lack of sleep for themselves.

So, if you've been trying to get pregnant without success,
perhaps hanging out with friends like Hayden Pantierre,

Mila Kunis, or Kourtney Kardashian might do it for you.
Okay, that's a joke, you'll have to hang out with  pregnant
friends from your own hometowns.
And if you still have trouble getting pregnant, head on over
to Scribd.com and download a copy of Fertility Secrets Your
Doctor Doesn't Want You To Know About.

Breakthrough New Research For New Moms!

                           Feeding Tip For New Moms!

Whether you're a new mom like Megan Fox or a soon-to-be
new mom like Mila Kunis, then you need to know this
information about feeding your little one.

What is it?
Formula-fed infants given solid foods before age 4 months of age
are 25% more likely to be overweight in childhood.
But for some reason, babies who are breastfed, won't suffer the same

fate.

Researchers aren't sure why, but say that too many moms
may leave the bottles with formula (in the cribs or playpens)
and when coupled with solid food, you may be overstuffing your little one.
So, if you're a new mom or soon-to-be new mom, this is some
food for thought. (No pun intended).

Good Luck!

That Seventies' Show Rx For A Longer Life!

Live Long Like Betty and Cloris!
Some of the younger readers of this post may be thinking,
that 70's show, with Ashton, Wilmer and Mila, I love it.

Sorry, wrong 70's show, the one we're referring to is the one
that actually took place in the 70's and it was called
"The Mary Tyler Moore show!"
A single gal struggling to make it in a big city.

One thing about the show that stood out, great cast members,
like Ted Knight, Ed Asner, Valerie Harper, Georgia Engle,
Betty White and Cloris Leachman.

And the thing that stands out even more, the 2 oldest stars of the
show are still working and in pretty good health.
Those 2 stars: Cloris Leachman and Betty White.

Ms. White is soon to be 93 and Ms. Leachman just turned 88.
Nothing unusual about that, but there is diet wise,  what is it?
Both follow diets that may be so unsimilar, yet they both
are still living productive lives.

Anti-aging is again in the news, just featured on 60 Minutes
about 3 weeks ago, and new research says that your blood
may play an important part in it, that's right, they (the researchers)
are taking the blood from young mice and injecting it into
the bodies of older mice and the results are nothing short of miraculous.
But, if you want to make it to 80, 90 or 100, perhaps Ms. White

or Ms. Leachman can help you.
a) Betty White-
According to costars, Ms.White still eats like she's 16.
Fruit pies, donuts, hot dogs and washed down sugary beverages.
But, Ms. White also donates time and money to animal
shelters, avoids gossips and still works. All of these things
also contribute to a long life. Now on to her costar.
b) Cloris Leachman-
Ms. Leachman became a vegetarian back about 50 yrs. ago.

But not just a regular vegetarian, she's a raw food advocate.
And researchers say eat about 60 or 70% of your fruits and
vegetables raw and you flood your body with antioxidants
that help prevent everything from diabetes to heart disease.

So, which star do you want to copy?
How about eating less meat, more vegetables (cooked and raw)
fruit, nuts, seeds, olive and coconut oil and having a slice of

pizza or a few cookies once a wk. or twice a wk.

That's it- More on anti-aging at a later time.

Hint: the male star who just turned 84 and is still acting
and directing, thanks to a diet similar to Ms. Leachmans'.
Who is it?

Good Luck!

New Breakthrough Info For Future Moms!

                                Avoid This While Pregnant!

If you're about to be a new mom like
Mila Kunis or Kristin Cavallari, then you may
want to listen to this.

What is it?
New research may have uncovered another
"supposedly good for you med" that may actually be doing
your future offspring some harm.

The good for you meds in question are antidepressants
and they may cause everything from hyperactivity to autism.
That's right- if you remember a post we did on the food additive
MSG as a cause for autism, researchers are now looking at moms
who take antidepressants before and during their pregnancies and
the effects they may be having on future kids.

So, if you or someone you know is on antidepressants and pregnant
or planning to become pregnant, you may want to warn them about

this new research.

And lastly, you may want to look for an alternative healer
for your friend, relative or yourself and try and heal your
mood issues naturally. (switch to a better diet, volunteer,

adopt a pet or take up long distance running or walking)
doing so helps you avoid putting your future child on a path
towards behaviorial problems and mood disorders.

Good Luck!

That's 70's Show Rx For New Moms!

Pregnancy Tip For New and Future Moms!

It's official...Mila Kunis is pregnant and if you're expecting or planning
on getting pregnant, then you must hear the latest news concerning a
popular pain relief medicine.

You may already be aware of the dangers of smoking, eating too much
junk, sleeping too little or drinking to excess. But has anyone told you
about taking Acetaminophen.
It's used to relieve aches and pain and bring down fevers
and it's the most active ingredient in Tylenol.

And according to new research, taking it regularly can put you a fast track
towards looking for a new liver, but for pregnant moms, it may mean
your future son or daughter may have ADHD.
That's right, hyperactive and unruly kids can result from a
steady diet of acetaminophen, (tylenol).
So, if you're pregnant and you're watching your diet, cutting down
on drinking, exercising more and putting the cigarettes out, make
sure you also limit the pain relief meds.

And if infertility is an issue and you want to try natural methods
of getting pregnant, head to Scribd.com and type Infertility Rxs,

Your Doctor Doesn't Want You To Know. Available for a small fee.

Good Luck!
