That's 70's Show Rx For New Moms!

Pregnancy Tip For New and Future Moms!

It's official...Mila Kunis is pregnant and if you're expecting or planning
on getting pregnant, then you must hear the latest news concerning a
popular pain relief medicine.

You may already be aware of the dangers of smoking, eating too much
junk, sleeping too little or drinking to excess. But has anyone told you
about taking Acetaminophen.
It's used to relieve aches and pain and bring down fevers
and it's the most active ingredient in Tylenol.

And according to new research, taking it regularly can put you a fast track
towards looking for a new liver, but for pregnant moms, it may mean
your future son or daughter may have ADHD.
That's right, hyperactive and unruly kids can result from a
steady diet of acetaminophen, (tylenol).
So, if you're pregnant and you're watching your diet, cutting down
on drinking, exercising more and putting the cigarettes out, make
sure you also limit the pain relief meds.

And if infertility is an issue and you want to try natural methods
of getting pregnant, head to Scribd.com and type Infertility Rxs,

Food Network Star's Rx For Future Moms!

                           Food Rx For Future Moms!

If you caught the Rachael Ray show today, then you'll remember she had on
her favorite doctor, who was it?
Dr. Ian Smith!
They did an interesting segment on how to tackle health problems,
with food and not prescribed meds.

Some of the good Drs' suggestions:

*Basil- End stomach discomfort and embarrassing gas.
* Raisins- Bring down blood pressure. Just make sure the raisins
are eaten plain, and not in bread pudding or oatmeal raisin cookies,
or your blood pressure won't budge a bit.
Another tip: Go bananas. A woman who wanted to avoid bl. pressure
meds, heard about bananas, she had 2 medium bananas a day and was
  able to avoid the meds.
 * Figs- The good doctor recommended figs for constipation.
What the good doctor didn't mention was that some figs eaten throughout
pregnancy can help women  produce more breast milk.

That's right, ladies concerned about producing more breast milk
  should consider eating figs.
And ladies, if that breast milk flows too freely, and you worry
about breast milk leaking through blouses, ( Remember Kim K.)
  wrap breasts in cabbage leaves.

Yes, your eyes are reading it right. a cabbage leaf around each breast.
And remove it  when you go back home.  Cabbage also ends breast pain.

That's It- And if you want more tips on how food can help
you produce more breast milk, or prevent miscarriage, morning
sickness and stretch marks...
head on over to Scrib.com, and type Fertility Secrets,

The Underworld Awakenings Rx For Future Moms!

                       Exercise Like Kate!

If you're a fan of the "Underworld Awakening" series, you're not alone.
Most of the men who go to these movies, go for one reason.

The reason: To see Kate Beckinsale!

Well, there are female fans, but something about Kate may
make women love her even more.

What is that?
She's becoming one of the loudest and proudest stars to partake in
a sport or (discipline) and it's been recognized as a sport that can help
women who are suffering from infertility.
The sport: Yoga, and it's rumored that Ms. Beckinsale is even more
devoted to it than Madonna and Jennifer Aniston.
And if you're a mom struggling with infertility, then you may have to hit

the yoga mat.

How does yoga work?
2 in 10 women have trouble getting pregnant and new research says that
dealing with  a lot of stress may be the culprit behind the infertility.
And when you're stressed, your hormones, (the stress hormones)
can triple your risk of infertility by interfering with ovulation and fertilization.
This becomes a vicious cycle  because stress can cause infertility and infertility
can cause you to stress out more.

So, what's the solution?
Learn how to breathe deeply. It's been used to treat hot flashes, anxiety
and behavioral problems, and today, it's being called a godsend for
infertile women.
Not sure how to do it?
Go online to learn how to breathe deeply (Youtube.com) or
find a yoga class in your area and ask them if they can teach you
how to do it.

And lastly, the breathing sessions have to go on for 30 mins. and
if you stick with it, you may get the results you want in less than 3 months.

That's it- and if you want great info like this on natural ways to conceive,

Chocolate Rx For Expectant Hollywood Moms!

                       Eat Chocolate While Pregnant!

Yes, the title is correct, eat chocolate while pregnant.
This tip is for Kim K. Jessica Simpson and the pregnant moms who
don't make music or have a reality show.

Why have chocolate during your pregnancy?
Eating some means you're 65% less likely to develop
pregnancy-related hypertension.
Chocolate contains theobromine, and it's a compound
that helps keep blood pressure under control.

So, are you pregnant like Kim K. and Jessica S? And are you
willing to try some chocolate to stay healthier?
If so, follow 2 rules, the 2 rules:
Make it dark chocolate and the chocolate must be at least 7O%
chocolate. And keep the amount at an ounce or two, any more and you
risk gaining too much weight.
