If you're a regular here at "RedCarpetRxs" then you may remember the post
on Gwyneth Paltrow and her desire to move in on Martha Stewart's territory.

Simply put--Ms. Paltrow is creating her own brand of products to be sold
on her own website. (Goop.com)
This may be work out for Ms. Paltrow considering she has millions
to get it rolling and she has name recognition.
But what about the rest of us mere mortals, what if we make
jewelry? Or knit caps? Or mugs or T-shirts with humorous sayings
on them?
Where do we go?
To Etsy.com, just like Nicole Polizzi, aka Snooki.

As we mentioned about a wk. ago, Etsy.com allows anyone

with crafting talent to set up a shop and sell their wares and
apparently, Snooki has taken them up on the offer.
Her shop, SnookiShop, opened only about a week ago

and already, everything in her shop has sold out.
Again, it's the name recognition and the fascination with
celebrity.

So, if you're concerned about mounting medical bills, or
mortgage and car payments or you just want to make an extra
$50 to $ 100 each month, and you have some ability with
a sewing or knitting needle or you know how to bedazzle

T-shirts or jeans, then you must head to Etsy.com and
make it happen.
Hey, if you get started right now, you may be ale to
become the next superseller, just like Snooki.

Good Luck!

Snooki's Rx For A Gluten-Free Dessert!

                               Eat Dessert Like Snooki

Nicole Polizzi, aka Snooki, just revealed her secret for losing
40 lbs. of post baby weight, her secrets: She lost some breastfeeding,
and the rest by following the hot new diet... The Gluten-free diet.
That's right, Ms. Polizzi, has ditched white bread, pasta, rice and all the
other foods that contain gluten.
Snooki also gave up dairy and hired a trainer.
If you're thinking of going gluten-free, remember to research it thoroughly
and look for recipes that are nutritious and are good tasting.
One such example: The following dessert loaf, was discovered by a member of
our research
team and its quickly become a favorite.
The cake is a banana-chocolate nut loaf and it's totally gluten-free.

The Ingredients:
2  cups of almond flour
3/4 cup xylitol
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup garbanzo-bean flour

2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
3 large eggs (separated)
3/4 cup chopped chocolate dark choc. divided
Important tip: Garbanzo bean flour and xylitol may not be
available at your local supermarket, so go online and search or
head to your local health-food store.

The Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 7 ingredients and 1.4 tsp salt.
Stir in coconut oil, bananas, egg yolks, and 1/2 cup

of chocolate.

Next, Using a mixer, beat egg whites for 2 mins. or until stiff peaks
form, and then gently fold into the batter.

And finish up by pouring the batter into a lined 9 inch x 5 inch pan
lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at for about 40 to 45 mins.
(stick a knife in the center, to test if it's done)
Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 mins, and then remove it
from the pan. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave,
and then drizzle it over the loaf and garnish with the walnuts.

That's it- a scrumptious and totally gluten-free dessert.
And remember- gluten-free doesn't mean calorie-free,
you still have to practice moderation.

Good Luck!

The Jersey Shore's Rx For Sunburn Relief!

                      Fast Relief From That Sunburn!

It's no secret-the cast of the Jersey Shore loves to tan,  indoors, outdoors
or even if it comes from a spray bottle.

This tip is for those who do or overdo their tanning outdoors.
The benefits of sitting outside for 10 to 20 mins. (without sunscreen)
are numerous... benefits like decreased appetite, better moods,
stronger immune systems and protection against breast and prostate
cancer.

But, what about overdoing it?
Sitting outside without sunscreen for too long can result in
unsightly spots, moles, a higher risk of skin cancer, and of course
painful burns that make it hard to sit or lie down.

So, what do you do to find relief?
Head to your kitchen cabinet or pantry and get the white or apple cider
vinegar, pour some on a paper or cloth towel and gently pat down the areas
that were overexposed to the Sun. The acetic acid in vinegar eases the pain,
and brings comfort in record time.

That's it- A cure for the folks out there that might go too long in the
Summer Sun.
Go Snooki!

Good Luck!

Snooki's Rx To Prevent Cosmetic Surgery!

                          Snooki and Breast Enhancement Surgery!

Snooki, the star of "Jersey Shore" and the soon-to-be released
"Snooki and JWow"show is already talking about having her breasts
done (lifted) by a surgeon after the birth of her baby.
She may not need the surgery and may even risk more problems
by having it done.

So, that's why we're giving Snooki an alternative solution
to droopy breasts. The solution: Yoga!
That's right, the exercise that's used by stars like Sting,
Howard Stern and Jennifer Aniston, may help Snooki
as well.

To get your bust back to pre-baby days do the following...
Exercise 1-
Wall Push-Ups-
Most women hate doing push-ups, but this type of
of push-up is easier. Stand a few feet from a wall with your feet
slightly wider than hip-width apart. Lean toward the wall and press
your hands against it. Bend your elbows and lean in until your
upper arms are parallel to the wall. Push yourself away from the wall
by straightening your arms and return to the starting position. Keep
your body aligned in a "plank" position-back straight, abs and bottom
tucked in, shoulder down and neck in line with your head-the entire time.
Do this between 10 and 15 times.
Exercise 2-
Cat Like Exercise-
Get down on your hands and knees, aim your middle fingers straight
ahead and press your palms into the floor. Exhale and tuck in your tailbone,

drop your head, pull your navel in and lift the middle of your back up like
an arched cat. Then inhale and reverse the pose by raising your bottom,

lifting chest toward the ceiling, looking forward and letting your stomach
hang. Switch back and forth between 10 and 15 times.

That's It- 2 Yoga moves for those who don't have the money
and are frightened of going under the knife, and it's also
for those who have the money (like Snooki) but are also
afraid of going under the knife.

Good Luck!
