Popular T.V. Show Rx To Stop Winter Weight Gain!

                           Downton Abbey's Favorite Beverage!

Any Downton Abbey fans out there?

Well, it rumored that "bad boy" rapper Sean P. Diddy Combs never
misses an episode and if you are a super fan, then you know that this is the
last year it will be on and you also know that the cast drank a lot...
a lot of tea.

That's right, the English have a reputation for their drinking,
tea and beer, and today- we're talking about tea.
Black tea is the preferred type of tea in England, but if Winter weight
gain is an issue, you may want to make black tea and add a few slices of
fresh ginger to it.

Why ginger?
Ginger is a diuretic, and diuretics release trapped fats and fluids from your system,
it can also relieve swelling, bloating and water retention, (consider it a safer and

cheaper diet pill) and drinking 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea a day can help you slim
down easily and effortlessly.

So, if you're struggling with weight and the cold and all of the goodies that
are served during the cold months, remember--Ginger tea is the

easiest and natural solution to help you overcome it.
Also important: Make sure to avoid adding extra sugar to your tea and
the sweets that also go along with it (tea,) like.. cannolis, brownies, cookies,
danish, donuts, shortbread, muffins, etc.

And lastly, if you're not one who's struggling with weight and you like tea,

make it black tea, it can help women overcome fertility issues, help
both sexes sleep better, make you calmer and improve your vision.

Good Luck!

The Royal Couple's Rx For A Happier Marriage!

                    Simple Solution For More Happiness!

You may have heard, Prince William and Duchess Kate will be visiting the U.S.
Nothing unusual about that, they visit a lot of countries.
But what may be unusual are the things Will and Kate do to ensure they'll

still be married 50 yrs. from now.

And those things are...
a) Share a sense of humor-
Couples who joke with one another, watch comedies together and
just be silly around one another are more likely to make their

marriage or relationship last.
b) Become Friends First-
This may seem foreign to a lot of people, but Will and Kate actually

met at college, became friends and then started dating.
And all of this took place over a ten-yr. period.
No, meet at a party (or a bar) and then head off to
the nearest bedroom or car (the backseat).
As some people say, a good relationship is like a
well made tomato sauce (or gravy) it needs a lot of time and
attention to really develop into something. Don't treat it
(your relationship) like a microwave meal.
Important tip: This is something Will's mom and dad didn't do. Prince Charles
and Princess Diana.
c) Hit The Sheets-
No, not that way, but you may want to go to bed at the same time.
New research says that women feel higher levels of satisfaction when
their sleep schedules sync up with their partners, and this may be
the real reason Will and Kate may make it last for 40 or more yrs.
Going to bed at the same time fosters intimacy and gives each partner
the opportunity to catch up on the day's event.
So, if you think about Kate's wardrobe or how she's dealing with
morning sickness, you may want to spend some time thinking about
her secrets for success. Marriage success.

And if you want more great tips like these, head on over

to Amazon.com/ the kindle store and type Will and Kate, The Royal Secrets For
A Long-Lasting Marriage into the search bar.
Download it and get started on your own fairy tale marriage.

Good Luck!

Prince William and Kate's Rx For Heart Health!

The Royals Rx For A Strong Heart!

Prince William and Kate Middleton are different from royals

in the past, how so?
They're affectionate, not just in private, but in public as well.

And showing affection by holding hands, hugging and kissing for
a few seconds each day reduces your risk of heart disease considerably.

So, if you're in a marriage or relationship and the guy (or gal)
doesn't like to show affection, tell him or her that Prince William
shows affection and he'll probably never have a heart attack because
of it. That should change his or her mind.

Good Luck!
