Award Show's Rx For Sexier Looking Legs!

                      A Recipe For Sexier Legs!

The Fall and Winter seasons are big in Hollywood, big for the number of

award shows that'll be shown from now until March.
And if you're obsessed with legs, (female legs) then you may be interested in
one nutritionist's theory as to how to get those (Jennifer Aniston  or Carrie
Underwood) legs.
The nutritionist says, the 3 top vegetables you should eat for great looking legs are...

Broccoli, Brussels sprouts and Sweet Potatoes.

Why these three?
They contain vital nutrients and minerals needed to keep legs slim and trim,
cellulite-free and varicose vein-free.
And even more news concerning legs--

Actresses Scarlett Johannson and Megan Fox said giving up dairy has
done incredible things for their legs, (mainly helping to get rid of the cellulite).
And Ms. Fox also said giving up dairy helped her lose the baby weight in record time.

So, if you want legs that look like they should be on the Red Carpet,
remember these 3 vegetables.
And with the 2 big holidays coming up, it's a great time to get more of these vegetables

on your menus.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Alternative To The Meat Burger!

Eat Less Meat This Holiday Season!

If you're living in Odessa Texas, Pittsburgh Pa.  or Kansas City Missouri then you'll most

likely be having beef burgers tomorrow, but if you're living in Hollywood, it's highly likely
veggie burgers will be on the menu.

A lot of stars have given up meat for a number of reasons: too fattening, concern

about the way the animals are treated, hormones and other chemicals, and on and on.
And if you, that mom, dad or teenager in Kansas, Penn. or Texas wants to follow suit
and do like the stars, use the vegetables that have been named as the best choices
to make such burgers.
And the best vegetables are...
a) Lentils
b) Chick Peas and Black-Eyed Peas
c) Beets
d) Broccoli
e) Eggplant
f) Brown Rice
g) Beans - black, kidney and red
h) Zucchini
i) Pumpkin
j) Potatoes (sweet potatoes)
k) Mushrooms
l) Sunflower Seeds-
And lastly, if you need some ideas as to how to make a pumpkin or beet
burger, head online to OneGreenPlanet.com for some recipes.

That's it- and  make it a safe and spectacular 4th of July weekend.

Good Luck!

Food Rx For Hollywood Smokers!

Eat This If You Still Smoke!

Hollywood the land of beautiful people also has a few stars
that still smoke. With the constant concern about looking
good and staying youthful, you think they'd quit ASAP.

But that's not the case, stars like Jennifer Aniston,
Ben Affleck and Chelsea Handler quit a few yrs. ago,
or just recently.

And stars like Scarlett Johansson, Whoopi Goldberg,
and Sean Penn are still doing it.
If you are still smoking like Sean, Whoopi or Scarlett make sure to

eat the food that'll help protect your lungs.

The Food: Broccoli!
That's right- the lowly regarded broccoli shields lungs from the
damaging inflammation triggered by tobacco smoke and slows
the development of a serious condition called COPD,

or the long version-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
And one more benefit of broccoli: It'll help you live to a ripe
old age.

So, if you're still smoking and don't plan on quitting,

make sure to eat some broccoli a few times a week, and
if you have the e-mail addresses of Sean Penn and Scarlett
Johansson, please pass this info on to them.
As for Whoopi G. she's hates all vegetables.

Good Luck!
