Get excited, tonight is the Final show for this season's "Dancing
With The Stars!"
Will it be Amber, Corbin or Jack?
Watch and see, but if you want to get involved and take a dance
class or just dance around your living room, do it, you'll be reducing
your chances of getting sick.

That's right- Researchers have found that 20 to 30 minutes of
dancing a few times a week, means you'll reduce your risks of getting
a cold by a whopping 55%.

viruses.
So, if you're just a fan on the couch watching DWTS, get up and move
during the show, you'll raise metabolism and prevent colds and flus.

American Idol's Rx For Losing Weight!

                               Get Fit Like Jordin!

Have you noticed Jordin Sparks lately? You know, the young lady who won
American Idol at age 17. Well, if you haven't noticed, she's been exercising
and eating right and is now 50 lbs. lighter.

Ms. Sparks decided to take control of her health now, rather than later.
She also said that she was tired of feeling run-down, bloated and
just plain miserable.

So, how did she do it? First, with walks around her neighbor, and
when that became boring, she decided to take up Zumba.
You know, the Latin-inspired, high calorie burning workout that's
helping millions around the World get into shape.

That's it- And if you too, are tired of looking at your mushy belly,
and feeling tired and run-down, do like Ms. Sparks and head to a
Zumba class or go to Youtube and look for a class there, who knows-
in 6 months, you may be 50 lbs. lighter as well.

Good Luck!

So You Think You Can Dance Rx For Weight Control!

                           Weight-Loss Tip From Mary Murphy!

Mary Murphy, the outlandish and sometimes loud judge on the
T.V. show- "So you think you can dance" has a problem a lot
of women and some men have.
The problem: Since turning 40, Ms. Murphy is having trouble

maintaining her weight.

Ms. Murphy was trained as a ballroom dancer and she sometimes
danced between 5 to 8 hrs. a day, and doing all of that dancing,
Ms. Murphy had no trouble maintaining her weight.

But taking a job, that requires a lot of traveling and sitting
and Ms. Murphy is going through what a lot of people go through.
Weight gain! Especially around her midsection.

So, are you curious as to how Ms. Murphy is keeping

her weight under control?
She uses weight loss DVDs.

The DVD: Core Rhythms, a weight-loss DVD series featuring
dance-inspired workouts.

Core Rhythms is a total-body workout that shreds the fat from
your hips, abs, bottom, legs and arms. Think of Zumba or Latin
dancing.
And after trying them the first time, Ms. Murphy was hooked,
now she brings along some DVDs and exercises in the privacy of

her hotel room.

That's it- A weight-loss tip from the overexuberant Mary Murphy.

Find your own DVDs at CoreRhythms.com

Good Luck!
