Hollywood's Food Rx For A Better Attitude!

                 Eat This For A Better Mood! 

Ladies, it's almost Summertime,  and for a lot of women (and some men) 

that means getting rid of that Winter weight, exposing more skin,
sunbathing and eating like some Hollywood stars.
Eating like a star?
Yes, more fresh fruit and vegetables, smoothies, and
chicken and fish dinners.

If you're one to eat light this time of year, you may be interested
in a new study that says people are generally more pleasant
in the Summer than they are in the Fall and Winter.

Why is that?
The researchers thing that a lot of people 

get outdoors more, get more vitamin D from the Sun, 
(which helps boosts moods) and eat lighter and healthier fare.
And the eating light, may be the reason for the sunnier moods.

Say what?
Eating more fruits and vegetables (which are fresh and plentiful
in the Summer) help you ward off blue moods, lower stress levels
and put an end to the constant worrying.
Eating more fresh food and less processed foods during the Summer, 

ensures that the mood--regulating parts of your brain get all the
vitamins and minerals needed to function at its best.

So, if you only eat salads, fruits, turkey burgers and grilled
fish to fit into that swimsuit, now--you have another reason:
You'll be happier and a lot more pleasant as well.

The View's Rx For A Healthier Snack!

                     Eating A Better Quality Chip! 

Are you a snacker? What is your snack of choice?
Nuts? Candy? Cookies? Salsa and Chips? Or just plain chips,
as in potato chips?
Well, you're not alone, count T.V. s' Whoopi Goldberg as
someone who likes to indulge in the salty, crunchy treats.

A few potato chips every now and then won't cause too much damage,
but have a bag or bowl full everyday and you risk your health
in more ways than you can count.

And that's the dilemma facing Whoopi and millions out there,
do I continue and risk health problems, or do I find an alternative
