Singer's Rx For Looking Slim and Trim!

                      Slim Down Like J Lo! 

If you keep up with celebrity news, then you're well aware that a number of stars
aren't relying only on their modeling,  acting or singing talent to pay the rent.
Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, The 2 Jessicas- Alba and Simpson, Blake Lively, 

and supermodel Carol Alt all have businesses (web businesses) that don't have
anything to do with "show business." 


And the latest star to get in on the web business craze is multi-talented
singer and actress...Jennifer Lopez.
That's right- J Lo like some of the stars mentioned above wants to help those
who need help slimming down and eating right.
And how specifically is J Lo going to help those of us who need help
with slimming down and eating right?
She's developed a site that contains healthy recipes, exercises and
positive affirmations.

And to get you started on your own path towards fitness and better eating
habits, here's a recipe for a smoothie, the smoothie that Ms. Lopez
drinks almost every day of the week.
The J Lo Smoothie! 
Ingredients:
Spinach, 1 cup
a banana- (preferably frozen)
1 cup of rice or almond milk
almond butter (1 Tbs.)
protein powder ( 1 scoop)
Directions: 

Place all ingredients in a blender or juicer and blend for  30 to 60 secs.
That's it, make sure to also go online to Google.com and type Marco Borges/the 22 day diet,
in the search bar.
He's the nutritionist who preaches about the benefits of a vegan diet.
His other famous client: Beyonce.

Spanish countries...their love of Rice and Beans!
And if you get into the habit of eating rice and beans,

Both rice and beans are packed with fiber, which binds to excess
estrogen and helps shuttle it out of the body before it can reach potentially
cancer-causing  amounts.

How much and how many times a week should you eat rice and beans?
