Safety Tip For New Hollywood Moms!

                   The Car Seat Rx!

This tip is for new moms in the Midwest or Hollywood.
It's a tip a lot of moms need and it concerns the car seats.
What about the car seat?

Well, now that you asked, the question should be-
where does one put an infant in the car?
If you're child is younger than 3, safety experts say the
best seat in the car is the center of the back seat, fastened down.
And the worse spots: On either side of the center seats.
Seat your child here and they'll be 45% less likely to be injured
in an accident.

That's it- And lets hope that Kim K. Jessica Simpson, Beyonce,
Fergie, January Jones and Jenna Dewan-Tatum will see this.

Good Luck!

Jessica Simpson's Rx For New Moms!

Healthier Babies For The New Year!

Jessica Simpson has announced that she and her fiance are
expecting baby no. 2.
Ms. Simpson probably has the best care possible, you know in terms of
nutritionists, doctors, personal chefs, fitness trainers and Ob-Gyns.
But wait, although she may have the best help in the World, she
may not know about the new benefits of some vitamins and how
they relate to newborns.

That's right- according to new research- women know about
vitamins that help prevent birth defects and post partum,
but there are a few more things new moms should know about.
Look below to learn more...
The Latest Vitamin Tips:
a) Vitamin D-
You may know it as the "Sunshine" vitamin, but if you're pregnant
and not getting enough you may put future kids on a path towards
MS. Yes, multiple scelrosis. Drs. studying adults who came down
with MS, found a lot of them were born in Apr. May and June.
So where's the problem? Moms who conceived in Sept and Oct.
weren't getting the Sun like moms who conceived in March, Apr.
and May and their kids are now contracting MS.
So, do you time your conception to when you'll be able to
get out and get more Sun? No, just look into taking a good vitamin D
supplement. Between 2,000 and 4,000 mgs. a day. And if you live in a

state with yr. round sunshine, get between 15 to 20 mins. a day, without
sunscreen.
b) Vitamin C-
Important for a number of reasons, but in terms of future babies,
Drs. have discovered moms who don't get enough, have babies
that may have trouble learning, understanding and paying attention
in school. And Drs. have also discovered that babies without sufficient

amounts of Vitamin C have smaller brains. So, to fix this, ask your Dr.
or Ob-Gyn about a good vitamin C supplement and the right dosage.
One more tip: This also applies to junk food (Ms. Simpson) eating whatever and
large amounts of junk food during pregnancy is also a way to put your baby
on a fast track towards learning difficulties and behavorial problems.
c) Vitamin B6-
Women know about this vitamin as a way to ease morning sickness
and nausea and to prevent birth defects, Well now, Drs. have discovered
that too much- may impede milk flow and if you're one who plans on breastfeeding,

this is unacceptable. So, find an amount that's adequate, from vitamins or from
foods and don't overdo it.

That's it- New research from some of our contributors that we're only too happy
to share with you. And if you're not yet pregnant, but are hoping to be, check

out the website-BabyZone.com. Why? They have a great post about conceiving
boys and girls.
Happy New Year!

Good Luck!

Jessica Simpson's Breastfeeding Tip!

                                Breastfeeding Babies!

To breastfeed or not to breastfeed that is the question?
Jessica Simpson is still breastfeeding a child and now the latest
news-she's pregnant again.

Although we've been told about the health benefits of breastfeeding,

many women still aren't doing it. There are many reasons for not doing it,
like...the time it takes, it's painful, there isn't much milk coming out,
the quality of the milk isn't very good, (due to poor diet, smoking,)

work schedule, post partum, exhaustion, etc.

If you're one of the women who's willing to breastfeed, make sure you

know what foods to avoid.
Foods to Avoid? That's right- according to new research,
foods that you (the mom) eats can affect the baby when you breastfeed.

Just like following a poor diet while carrying your child can affect their
health in a number of ways, the same rule now applies to foods you eat and
breastfeeding.

Some of the offending foods:
a) Chocolate
b) Peanuts
c) Corn
d) Peppers-hot and mild
e) Garlic and Onions
f) Citrus

These are a few of the foods, for the complete list- go to the
website www.babyzone.com. Once at the site- type Foods to avoid
while breastfeeding, in the search bar. It should pop up on the first line,

just click on the link and read it for yourself.

Good Luck!

Anne Hathaway's Rx For Having A Baby!

                           Having A Baby In Hollywood!

Anne Hathaway, the talented star of the upcoming film- "Les Miserables"
is already creating Oscar buzz for her performance.
The newly married Anne Hathaway is like a lot of women,
she really wants to have to a baby.

Being a star with piles of money on hand can make getting pregnant
a lot easier.

How so? Stars can hire a personal chef, exercise trainers, massage therapists,
naturopaths-that show them the proper food and vitamins to take,
and frequent visits to the Ob-Gyn to make sure the baby is progressing nicely.
As for the rest of the population... coming from modest means- may make it harder
to get pregnant or have a successful pregnancy.

That's right- a poor diet, being around stressful situtations, job concerns,
smoking, and a number of other things can keep you from fulfilling your dream
of ever being a mom.
But luckily, there's hope for you, hope in the form of info.
Look below, and view the tips that'll put you on equal footing with
the Reese Witherspoons, the Anne Hathaways and the Beyonces
of the World, and you too, will be a mom in record time.

Fertility Tips For Future Moms!
a) Clean It Up-
Your diet. A diet that may make getting pregnant easier, "Eat Clean Diet"
by Tosca Reno. Side Note: A women in her 50's just wanted to improve

her health and regain her vitality, started the Eat Clean diet. She and her husband
both ate healthily for months, after 6 months-the woman had terrible stomach

pains and thought it was a result all of that fresh produce, grass-fed meat
and high quality eggs and bread. It wasn't, her Dr. informed her she was pregnant,
at age 51. Look for the website and book by Tosca Reno.
b) Take Vitamins-

Especially a good mulitvitamin and more vit. C.
Check with your Dr. about the best types and dosages.
c) Eat More Full Fat-
Dairy. Yes, dairy! For some reason, women who ditch the low-cal and low-fat
dairy, get pregnant more easily and more quickly. Drs. say it's probably the
hormones that cause this. After you're pregnant, switch back or cut out the
dairy again.
So, eat that regular Ben and Jerry's, Dannon strawberry yogurt and
Sargento cheese.

d) From England-
Our friends from across the pond drink tea and one doctor says black tea is
fertility booster. Drink some plain with some fresh lemons.
e) Don't Drink This-
Caffeinated coffee. I know, a lot of you will suffer, but you must have
the decaf if pregnancy is a goal. Too much caffeine inhibits your body's ability
to carry eggs from your ovaries to the uterus. And yes, tea does have caffeine,

but a lot less.
That's it- And at a later date, fertility secrets for men.
Yes guys, the problem of infertility may lie with you.

Good Luck!
