Talk Show Host's Rx To Slow Down Aging!

                            Steve Harvey and Anti-Aging!

If you have time today, try and catch "The Steve Harvey" show.
Why?
He's going to spend the whole hr. talking about aging,

more specifically--anti-aging.

If you're concerned about aging, and can't watch the Steve Harvey
show, here are some foods that'll help you in your quest to look

yrs. younger.
The Foods:
a) Berries-
May thru Aug. is the time to get fresh berries in most states,
and if you're concerned about the shape and looks of your legs,

then you must eat more berries.
Prevent the swelling and keep new veins from forming by eating

more straw, blue, black, and raspberries.
b) Walnuts and Salmon-
Concerned about dandruff and undereye circles?
Eat walnuts and salmon. Thanks to the amino acids in walnuts,

they can keep the skin under your eyes looking fresh and clear.
The amino acids also relax constricted blood vessels and improve
blood flow everywhere, including keeping blood from pooling underneath
the eye area. Walnuts also keeps your hair dandruff-free.
As for the salmon, the omega-3 fatty acids calm the inflammatory agents
that cause undereye puffiness, (bags under the eyes).
Salmon also helps firm up the skin on your face.
Another top food to help erase undereye circles, Kiwi!
c) Beef and Chicken-
Are you a vegan? Or a vegetarian? Well, you may want to avoid this tip.
If dry and thinning hair is a concern, then eat more protein like steak
and chicken. Both foods help prevent split ends, boost shine and stops
it from becoming brittle and dry.
Another tip: make sure to eat the beef and chicken with foods that also
complement your looks, a salad, a baked sweet potato or stir-fried
vegetables. Avoid the fried chicken dinners and steak and fries.
d) Eggs-
Yes, you may be thinking about the cholesterol, but that only applies
to a small part of the population, and if you're concerned about the

shape and conditions of your nails, eat more eggs.
A few eggs a week can make nails thicker and stronger.
Another tip: ever hear of a egg yolk mask?
Apply a beaten egg yolk to your neck and face. Start now (in your 20's)

and you can avoid wrinkles and the saggy skin. (turkey neck) for yrs. to come.
e) Olive Oil-
Ever wonder why Sophia Loren looks so good at 70 something?
Look at the oil, Olive oil. Use it at a moisturizer after a bath or
shower (all over) and avoid the dry and wrinkly skin that's so prevalent
to those in their 50's, 60's and 70's.
Olive oil too expensive? Use canola oil.

That's it- and if you've enjoyed these tips and want more,
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for 2 e-books
on the subject of looking yrs. younger than your actual age.
The 2 e-books:
* The Great Easter Egg Hunt, Use leftover boiled eggs to
improve your looks and health.
* Beauty Secrets From The World's Hottest Women!
Learn the beauty secret that helps Brazilian women
(like Mrs. Matthew McConaughey) keep their title
as World's most beautiful. See title below.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Halloween Rx For Younger Skin!

Turn Back The Clock With The Orange Gourd!

In one day we celebrate another Halloween, and that means costumes,
trick or treating, tons of candies and Jack-O-Lanterns.
If you only buy pumpkins or canned pumpkins in October,

you're doing yourself a great disservice.
A disservice to your looks.

That's right- Orange foods are one of the best foods to keep skin youthful
for life and we only use it for a one month period.
What are the benefit of orange foods, you ask?
Thanks to the ample amounts of vitamin A, C, fiber, iron and potassium-
all of these nutrients combined can keep fine lines, crow's feet, loose skin and
creases from ever taking up space on your face, neck or hands.
In fact, one star has been using pumpkin, (eating it and using it for facials)
for over a decade.
That star: Uma Thurman! And it must be working, she'll be 45 yrs. of age in
about a yr.

So, if you wanted the secret to youthful skin, make sure you start getting some
pumpkin, butternut squash, acorn squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots in
your daily diet.
And if you want to double up the effects on your skin, you can use pumpkin
as a facial.
To get you started, here's a pumpkin honey mask that'll help keep fine lines
at bay.
Mix a 1/4 cup of pumpkin (canned) with 1 tbs. of honey and an egg white.
Mix for a few seconds. Lie back in a comfortable chair and apply
the pumpkin mask on your face, neck and back of your hands.
Leave alone for 15 to 20 mins.
Then wash off with warm water and dry your face off.
More tips:
Do this mask on your day off, to see if redness occurs.
Or apply some to your hand and then wait for minutes to see the reaction.
Do stock up on canned pumpkin, it will be affordable for most for the next 2 months.
Head to Costco or Sam's Club.
If you want tighter skin around the neck and jawline, leave out the
egg white and use the yolk. Yolks help keep the neck and jaw lines tight.

That's it- and if you really want to know a few more tips on how pumpkins
can help build strong bones, boost the sex drive (with just the scent of a pie),
help develop strong teens, (guys) prevent weight gain, help boost confidence,
ease stress, detox your system and keep skin moisturized and blemish-free.

Where can you get this info?
Head to Amazon.com/the kindle store, and type in Orange is the New Green,
The Healing Powers of Pumpkin. Available Friday!

And one more thing, if you want a recipe for a great low-cal
pumpkin pie, head to our sister site- SupermarketRxs@typepad.com.
Pumpkin pie can boost sex drive (for guys) and make you gorgeous, (guys and gals)

Good Luck!

Oprah's Spa Rx For Youthful Skin!

             Looking Younger With A Facial!

Oprah hasn't forgotten her humble beginnings.
When she finds a pair of walking shoes she likes- she'll buy a
few pairs, when her favorite sheets are on sale, she'll buy a dozen.

Why does she do it? Oprah with all of her billions-still thinks she could be back
on that farm in Mississippi struggling and constantly worrying about where her next meal
is coming from.

But there's another side to Oprah, she loves to travel and she loves spas.
And one of the most popular things to do at a spa: Get massages and facials.
And the hottest spa facial today is a blueberry facial.
Yes, you're reading it right- the blueberries you use for your morning smoothie,

is gaining in popularity in spas around the country.

Why a blueberry facial?
Blueberries are packed with vitamin C and the more C on or in your system,
the more youthful and rejuvenated your skin will look.
And we know, that most of you out there won't be able to just head out
to a spa, you still can get a blueberry facial, how?
By looking below for the recipe.

The Blueberry Facial:
Combine a 1/2 cup of blueberries- fresh or frozen
throw in some flaxseeds, 1/4 cup, grounded
1/4 tsp. coconut oil, 1/4 cup of water, a tbs. of full fat
yogurt (plain) and a dash of honey.
Blend in a blender for 30 secs. Lie back in your favorite
chair, pat the mixture on your face and neck and leave on for
10 to 15 mins. And lastly, rinse off with warm water.

That's it and one more tip- do this on the weekend or when you have
time off. Why? Sometimes applying foods to your face will leave some
redness and doing it on your time off, will give your face time to return to

it's normal color.

Good Luck!
