Inside Edition's Rx For Looking Younger!

Look Years Younger With A Bath!

If you've been reading this blog for the past 2 1/2 yrs. then you may
remember a post we did on the host of  "Inside Edition."

The woman who hosts is named Deborah Norville and the post
was on her anti-aging secret.
Her secret: She uses beaten egg whites on her face to look a few yrs.
younger. And that post also included the benefits of eating and using

the yolks to prevent the sagging (the jawline and the neck) of your skin.

Well, fast forward a few yrs. and "Inside Edition" has revealed another
anti-aging tip. This tip doesn't belong to Deborah Norville or Diane
Mcinernery, (the other co-host), it belongs to Rebecca Grant.
Who is she?
She's a die-hard Clippers fan, and sometimes ESPN sports reporter,
and thanks to all of the hoopla surrounding Clippers owner Donald Sterling,
Ms. Grant was filmed during a Clippers game primping her hair and fixing her bra.
What's so unusual about that, you ask?

The people watching (okay men) were taken aback by her va-va voom figure
and good looks. Again, what's so unusual about that?
Ms. Grant  who appeared to be about 25 yrs. of age, recently revealed
she's 20 yrs. older than that.
That's right, the viral goddess is actually 45 yrs. of age.

How is that possible?
She claims a number of things for her youthful looks, like...
a) A Hot Bath- With Epsom Salts.

b) She's a Juicer- Organic fruits and vegetables in the juicer.
c) She Exercises- Nothing sadistic, jumps rope for 10 to 15 mins a day.
If you're wondering about the epsom salt baths,  Epsom is recommended
by Dr. Oz and it contains magnesium, a mineral too many of us
are deficient in.

So, if you want to turn back the clock by 5, 10, or even 15 yrs.
go to Google.com and look up Rebecca Grant and after that,
type benefits of Epsom salt bath in the search bar.

Good Luck!

Oprah's Spa Rx For Youthful Skin!

             Looking Younger With A Facial!

Oprah hasn't forgotten her humble beginnings.
When she finds a pair of walking shoes she likes- she'll buy a
few pairs, when her favorite sheets are on sale, she'll buy a dozen.

Why does she do it? Oprah with all of her billions-still thinks she could be back
on that farm in Mississippi struggling and constantly worrying about where her next meal
is coming from.

But there's another side to Oprah, she loves to travel and she loves spas.
And one of the most popular things to do at a spa: Get massages and facials.
And the hottest spa facial today is a blueberry facial.
Yes, you're reading it right- the blueberries you use for your morning smoothie,

is gaining in popularity in spas around the country.

Why a blueberry facial?
Blueberries are packed with vitamin C and the more C on or in your system,
the more youthful and rejuvenated your skin will look.
And we know, that most of you out there won't be able to just head out
to a spa, you still can get a blueberry facial, how?
By looking below for the recipe.

The Blueberry Facial:
Combine a 1/2 cup of blueberries- fresh or frozen
throw in some flaxseeds, 1/4 cup, grounded
1/4 tsp. coconut oil, 1/4 cup of water, a tbs. of full fat
yogurt (plain) and a dash of honey.
Blend in a blender for 30 secs. Lie back in your favorite
chair, pat the mixture on your face and neck and leave on for
10 to 15 mins. And lastly, rinse off with warm water.

That's it and one more tip- do this on the weekend or when you have
time off. Why? Sometimes applying foods to your face will leave some
redness and doing it on your time off, will give your face time to return to

it's normal color.

Good Luck!
