The After Party Rx For Better Health!

                       Eat This Not That!

Don't let the stars fool you, they too like a good slice of pizza,
chicken pot pie and some alcohol to wash it down.

Now that award season is over, a lot of stars will be going back to
their days of veganism, vegetarianism, low-carb, no-carb,
no dairy, etc.

If you plan on following suit, you may want to start adding more salads
to your diet.
That's right- the food that kept Jennifer Aniston going on "Friends"
for 10 yrs. has fallen out of favor.

Why?
The smoothie now rules, but that can change and change it should.

Made right--the salad can do a number of things to improve your health,
things like...
slow down aging
stop body odor (you also have to eat meat once in a blue moon)
shut down vision loss
prevent memory loss and dementia
stop unsightly varicose veins
prevent blood clots (in your legs)
shut down precancerous cells to your breasts, lungs and colon
help you develop "Super" immunity
detoxify your system (from the Winter Wonderland of overeating
you did)
So, are you convinced? Ready to put aside that juicer and take part
in nature's real "Superfood?"

Well okay then,  to learn the hows and whys
we (women) must  eat more salad, head to
Amazon.com/the kindle store and download a copy of...
The World's Healthiest Salads For Women!
Available March 4th.
See title at right.
Don't put it off ladies, your health and well being
depend on it.

Good Luck!

Kristen Bell's Food Rx For A Slim Waist!

                        Get Slim Like Kristen!

Kristen Bell, the effervescent star of television and movies is
serious about her health. She's a strict vegetarian and doesn't mind
sharing her beliefs and diet tips with others.

One of Ms. Bell's favorite foods has been named as a food that not only
tastes great, but will get you slim and trim without having to spend
hrs. hiking, spinning or power walking.

The Food: Kale!
Ms. Bell loves to add it to salads, eat it stir-fried and loves it in
 chip form.
How does Kale help you get slim and trim?
Leafy greens like kale counteract acidosis-a natural metabolic process
that triggers muscle wasting as we age, by neutralizing acids formed by other
foods. And eating 2 to 3 servings a day, helps you maintain more calorie-burning
muscle.

And if you're not a fan of Kale or going to the gym-some other foods
that'll help you burn fat-especially around the hips, thighs, belly and rear end.
The foods: Eggs- (watch the toast, bacon and sweet pastries) spinach,
broccoli, fatty fish (salmon and trout)  and tofu.

That's it- the answer for all of the people out there, who want to know
how Kristen Bell stays so slim, trim and beautiful at age 31.

Good Luck!
