Newly Married Star's Rx For A Longer Life!

                         Eat This To Live Longer! 

The actress Cameron Diaz surprised a lot of people by getting married.
Why the surprise? It's something she said she'd never do and it was to someone
she's known for less than 7 months.
But that's beside the point, something else Ms. Diaz is doing and doesn't hide from

 anyone is her plan to live for a long long time. 
And one of the ways she's doing it, is with a breakfast favorite. 
What is it? Oatmeal!

That's right, that stuff you may have loved or hated way back when is one of the
foods Ms. Diaz is consuming in hopes of making it to 100 yrs. of age. 

Why oatmeal? 
Well, it has gotten a bad rap thanks to the anti-gluten police, but Ms. Diaz
knows better and won't listen to anyone badmouthing one of her favorite foods.
Oatmeal along with dates, mushrooms and barley contain a type 

of "super fiber" that can bolster your health in a number of ways like...
a) Help You Stay Diabetes-Free
b) Shield You From Certain Cancers
c) Protect Arteries and Help You Avoid Strokes and Heart Attacks
d) Knock-out Viruses, to keep you cold and flu-free.
So see, Ms. Diaz  knows how to keep herself healthy for yrs. to come.

it and read the chapter on The Victorian Era. 

They were Brits who ate these types of foods in the late 1800's and lived
well past the 30 to 50 yrs. which was the life expectancy back then.

And lastly, if you take after Ms. Diaz and start eating more oatmeal,
make sure it's the top quality type, (Steel Cut) and not the instant
oatmeal and be creative with it.
In other words, have your oatmeal with baked or stir-fried vegetables
just like Cameron Diaz and not only with brown sugar, cinnamon or honey.

Cameron Diaz's Rx For Smoother Legs!

           Get Smooth Legs Like Cameron! 
Cameron Diaz just announced that at "almost 40 yrs. of age,
"her body is 
   body is better now, than it was at 20."
She's receiving a lot of flak for saying that, but it's her body,
so who are we to judge?

One thing you can't deny, she does have great legs, and being
5' 9" certainly helps. If you can't grow tall like Ms. Diaz, you
can have smoother legs like her.

How? Stand in the shower for at least 5 mins. to allow your
stubble to soften. Then, when you're ready to shave,
make short, upward strokes to grab every hair.
And finally, slightly bend your knee before you shave that area
to tighten the skin and prevent nicks and  cuts.

That's it- A new and improved way to shave and get better
looking legs.
