The Baby Rx To Lower Stress Levels!

                            The Beautiful Baby Site!

If you think the only beautiful babies come from Hollywood,
you're sadly mistaken. Thanks to a new website, you can

view beautiful babies from all over the country.
The site features babies wearing knit caps.

What's so unusual about that?
The person who does the knitting: A male doctor.
That's right- a male doctor who knits, decided to start knitting caps
and giving them to his female patients for their newborns.

And someone who started photographing the youngsters as they were about
to leave the hospital decided the cuties should be seen all over the World
and thus, a site was born.

And if you're also a fan of  sites that feature dogs, cats or other cute
creatures, you'll benefit health-wise.

Researchers say that looking at animals or small children
lowers stress levels. The type of stress that causes weight gain,

sleepless nights and constant worry.

So, if you're at work or at home and you want to lower stress levels,
look at some cuties that aren't born to Hollywood stars.

The site: Drbobsbabybeanies.blogspot.com.

Good Luck!

The View's Rx For Future Moms!

                            Blood Types and Biological Clocks!

If you caught Friday's edition of the T.V. show "The View"
then you're well aware the subject of biological clocks came up.
Sports analyst and new host of "Dancing With The Stars"
was a guest host and her biological clock was the one the women
were talking about.

Who was the woman?
Erin Andrews. Ms. Andrews, at age 35, told the women that she's
been dating a professional hockey player, but doesn't know if
the yr. long romance will lead to marriage, but she's hoping,
mainly because she wants to have kids before it's too late.
If you're in the same position as Ms. Andrews, you may want to ask your
Dr. about a test that'll tell you if you have enough healthy eggs
to conceive.

That's right- the type of blood you have can help medical professionals
determine if you'll have enough eggs, especially if you plan on waiting
to have kids.
The blood types:

If you have type O blood, you'll run out of eggs earlier.
And if you have type AB blood or type A blood, you can wait a little longer.
So, if having a baby is of major importance, then you may want to
ask your Dr. about a blood test that measures your anti-mullerian
hormones, (AMH).
This test will give you an estimate of your remaining egg supply.

That's it- and if you are older or plan on having kids a little
later, some women are having success at conceiving at later
ages with a good, detox diet.

One woman followed the diet tips from a Canadian woman
by the name of Tosca Reno, not to get pregnant, but to clean up her
diet and improve her health. Well, the results were beyond anything
she expected. The woman started experiencing stomach pains
and was convinced the new diet was the culprit, she went to have
the growling and rumblings checked out and the Dr. said--
"You're pregnant!"
The woman's age- 51 and her husband--age 53.
She had kids in their 20's,  and now at age 51, she
was expecting again.

Hey, a good diet can help you look younger, avoid
heart problems, diabetes, cancers and strokes,
so why can't it help you conceive at a later age?

Jersey Shore's Rx For Fertility!

                  The Natural Solutions To Infertility!

You may have heard the news about 2 members of "Jersey Shore"
having babies.
The news: D.J. Pauly Shore has a baby daughter and J Wow is expecting.
A lot of people were hoping the members of Jersey Shore would be the
last people on Earth to have babies.
Whether it's good or bad news, it's happening and there may be a sliver lining,
it may force them to give up their partying ways and become more responsible.
Hey, it seems to working for Nicole (Snooki) Polizzi.

So, what's does Jersey Shore and having babies have to do with you?
Well, if you're struggling with infertility and see young people like Pauly D
and J Wow having kids, it may cause some resentment.
But don't waste time or energy thinking about them, concentrate on your
own fertility.
And you can do that by using these 4 all-natural tips.
a) Cut Back On Starbucks-
Or coffee in general. Drinking 300 mg. about 3 cups can cause fertility

issues for some women. The better option: have 1 cup and a cup or two of Decaf.
b) Say Yes To-
Exercise. But not too much exercise. 30 to 40 mins. a few times a week, can ward off
blood sugar issues. Doctors are seeing a lot of women with prediabetic issues struggle
with fertility. And if you're a marathoner or spin for an hr. or two a day, you may also
have trouble conceiving.
c) Eat More-
Foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids. Foods like salmon, walnuts, mackerel,
sardines and flaxseeds.
d) Know When It's Time-
Believe it or not, a lot of women don't when they're ovulating.
You can fix this by asking your doctor, or OB-Gyn about ovulation.
Or go online to Ovusoft.com and they'll set you with an ovulation tracking kit.

That's it- some natural tips to help you bring your own bundle of joy
into the World. And if you want more great tips like these, go to the
site- Scribd.com and type in Fertility Rxs, They Don't Want You to Know.

Hollywood's Rx For Delivering Babies!

Avoiding Drugs During The Birthing Process!

Hollywood's baby boom continues, the latest:  The singer Fergie.
She just gave birth to a baby boy.
This info may be to late for Fergie, but if you're pregnant and
almost due or even if you're planning on getting pregnant in the
future, this info is something you may want to hold onto.

The info is about Epidurals, you know the drug they give you
for an easier and (hopefully) pain-free birth.
Well, for those opposed to any type of drug, there's a natural remedy
to that long, arduous and painful labor session, what is it?
A hot bath. (About 98 degrees).

Yes, we know, a woman with a huge belly getting into a bath?
But listen up, according to British researchers, getting into a bath
during the first stage of your labor lessens the pain enough and reduces
the chances that you'll even need the Epidural.
Plus, the bath makes it less likely that'll you need medication to speed
up the contractions.
Important tip: The magazine we took this info from--only mentioned
baths, it didn't say anything about hot tubs.
To be on the safe side...stick with baths!

That's it- and again, a very pregnant women in a bathtub may
seem out-of-the ordinary and risky , but talk to your Dr. Ob/Gyn
and your loved ones about it.

Good Luck!
