T.V. Chef's Rx For A Beautiful Smile!

Rachael Ray's Tip For Whiter Teeth!

Did you happen to catch Rachael Ray's show yesterday?
Well, since it's the Holidays, she cooked a dish
that's related to the Holidays, the dish: Cranberry
Relish!

She didn't actually cook it, T.V. Chef Katie Lee
(The former Mrs. Billy Joel) made the dish.
And if you want a Hollywood smile but
don't have " Hollywood" money-then we suggest
you start using more cranberries in your daily menus.
Cranberries for one's smile?
Yes, but fresh cranberries mind you, not the sugar
laden stuff in the cans.

Cranberries have been used for decades to stop bacteria
from sticking to the urinary tract wall (UTIs)
but new research says they cranberries can also
stop bacteria from sticking to teeth and gums,
helping to prevent cavities and gingivitis.
And if that's not impressive enough, cranberries
can also zap harmful cells in your breasts.

So, if you were reluctant to use fresh cranberries this
Holiday season, maybe this post will change your mind.
Thanks Rachael Ray and Katie Lee.

Good Luck!

The Friend's Rx For a Happier Thanksgiving!

                         More Friends Equal Better Moods!

Were you a fan of the series--"Friends?"
Well, luckily you can watch it today one, two or three times
a day, depending on what city or town you're in.

And with Thanksgiving fast approaching, it may be a good idea
to surround yourself with good friends or family,
Why? According to new research, spending more time with upbeat
family members or good friends may keep you out of the Psych ward.

That's right- Spending time with people who are upbeat and positive
may be more effective than antidepressants or talk therapy.
When one becomes depressed, they usually withdraw and stay away
from friends and family and now, doctors say this may be the wrong
decision.
So, if you're a little down and planned to stay away from friends
and family this year, perhaps attending the dinner may be all of the
therapy you need.

And lastly, if you're depressed, blue or feeling lonely and you feel
that you need more than friends and family to help you get through
the tough times, by all means-seek the help you need.
And if that means talk therapy or antidepressants, then do what you
feel is best for you.

Good Luck!
