Hollywood Rxs To Prevent Winter Weight Gain!

                       Prevent Winter Gain!
Hollywood stars are different in a lot of ways, and then they're also similar to
you (regular folks) in a lot of ways.
One way they're similar--They too, have to watch their weight during the Winter

months. The shorter days, Sun going down at 5:00 pm, endless sweet treats
and the never ending parties.

And if you're also concerned about Winter weight gain, look below
for some secrets from top trainers, celebrity chefs and nutritionists.
a) Stand Up More-
It may simple enough, but believe it or not, too much sitting makes it harder to lose weight.
A new study out of Europe says that standing for a minute or two every hr. helps
you lose weight and keep it off.
One more tip: Too much sitting can also increase your risk of blood clots,
so get up, stand while talking on the phone and address your coworkers while standing.
b) Eat This Type Of Breakfast-
A breakfast of eggs, mushrooms and a slice or 2 of good quality bread was
thought to be the best breakfast for those who couldn't resist vending
machines and candy. But hold on, there's a new breakfast in town and
women say it's killing their cravings so well, they're losing too much weight.

The breakfast: A bowl of Barley, some type of dairy (full-fat) cheese or milk
and a piece of fruit (citrus).
This is the breakfast that's served in parts of Greece and if you travel there,
you won't find too many overweight people. Look for a good type of barley.
Look for Bob's Red Mill.
c) Just Say No To-
Diet soda. The artificial sweeteners in diet soda may actually cause you
to crave more fattening foods. A better option: Make your own soda
with carbonated water and fruit juice or stick to plain water.
d) Don't Be Like Jay-

Jay Leno that is, and it's skimp on sleep. Jay brags about needing only
4  or 5 hrs. each night, and it may explain his waist and stomach.
Going to bed later and getting up earlier (for just 5 nights can really throw

off metabolism. So, stick to a schedule and make sure you sleep
between 7 to 8 hrs. each night.
That's it- four great tips to combat Winter weight.
And if you want more tips like...
* how to control yourself at a Christmas party.
* how to look 10 pounds thinner in that little black dress.

* Eat this favorite snack to prevent Winter gain
* Eat more of this food to help you eat less at lunch or dinner
(Hint: it's not only used to get over a cold)
Plus, much more, just head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and

type The Naturally Thin Girl's Guide To Preventing Winter Gain

And for those who want even more great info on alternative healing,
look for another E-document, the title-see below.
Learn how leaves, vegetable tops,  fruit and vegetable peels and rinds can

lower cancer rates, keep eyesight strong, prevent heart disease and
help you live an extra 5 to 8 yrs. longer.

Good Luck!

Reese Witherspoon's Rx For A Better Memory!

                         Exercise Tip From Reese Witherspoon!
Reese Witherspoon enjoys walking and from the looks of
her slim and trim figure, it must be working.
But it's the type of walking she does, that not only keeps
her slim and trim, but also helps her keep her memory in tip-
top shape.
The type of walking she does: Walking Backwards!

There are many benefits of walking backwards,  like...
stronger, leaner legs, a firmer backside and best of all-
A better memory.

According to Dutch researchers- W.B. increases neural
activity and brain-cell growth in the prefrontal cortex, the
area of the brain linked to cognitive thinking. And W.B.
also improves memory recall, reaction time and creative thinking.
All 3 of these things are vitally important to someone like Ms.
Witherspoon, especially as she gets older and must continue to
memorize scripts and do her own stunts.

So, if you want leaner legs, a tighter backside and a better memory-
spend a little time walking backwards.

Good Luck!
