Some stars are always looking for new ways to look younger, lose weight
or keep weight off and the latest fat-burning discovery isn't all that new.

Drinking a  glass or two of red wine.

Wine drinking is on the increase in Hollywood.

Food Rx For Women Over 40!

                           Turn Back The Clock On Your Hands!

Women who are over 40 in Hollywood seem to be doing very well these days.
Women like Sarah Jessica Parker, Sandra Bullock, Julia Roberts
and Jennifer Aniston, yet this wasn't always the case. 

In fact, if you were a woman and over 40, the roles were few
and far between.

The change happened for a few reasons...some movies starring women 

earn just as well as movies starring men, (The Blind Side, Bridesmaids)
more women have important roles like directors and producers and perhaps
the biggest change- women take better care of themselves and that helps
them when they have to play a character who's 10 to 15 yrs younger.
But, no matter how good they look for their age, there's one part of aging
that a lot of women can't escape, what is it?
Brown Spots.

And stars like Madonna, Sarah J. Parker and Courtney Cox have said that
they eat right and exercise and yet the unsightly spots have affected them.
If you a regular woman out there is also bothered by age spots and don't want or
can't afford the pricey treatments available out there,
head to your supermarket and pick up the dairy product
that can help those age spots fade away naturally.

What dairy product?
Buttermilk!
That's right- the stuff mom or grandmom used to give biscuits or pancakes
a little extra zing, can now help you turn back the clock...on your hands, 

back or face.

Buttermilk contains mild acids that safely and gently slough away the top layers

To use: On your day off or when you have a few moments to yourself,

Kelly Ripa's Exercise Rx To Stop Aging!

                         Exercise Like Kelly Ripa!
Pilates was all the rage about 5 to 7 yrs. ago, but it's not as popular
as it was once, and that's too bad. But not if Kelly Ripa has anything
to do with it, she's a big proponent of Pilates, and it must be working-
she'll be 43 in Oct.
And if you are worried about aging and want to do something
about it like Ms. Ripa, try these 3 moves and turn back your own clock. 

The 3 moves are actually more like stretches and they strengthen
your muscles and stimulate the body to produce growth hormones
that help reverse the aging process.
Exercise no. 1-
The Stretch That Turns Back The Clock-
Sitting with knees bent, left foot touching right thigh and right foot
bent behind you, stretch with your right arm overhead and lean to your
left, keeping hips stationary. Hold for a count of 10, then rise to center and
and repeat on the other side. Start with 1 set and then work your way up
to 3 sets in the coming wks.

Exercise no. 2-
Twist The Years Away-
Sitting with legs stretched apart, raise your arms out to your sides at
shoulder-level. Moving from your waist, twist your body to your right,
bringing your left arm to touch your right foot. Hold for a count of 10, return
to center, then twist to your left and repeat. Start with 1 set and work up to
3 sets in the coming weeks.

Exercise no. 3-
A Bridge To Youthfulness-
Lying on your back with knees bent, feet flat and arms at your side,
exhale and tense your abs as you lift your hips off the floor.
Hold for a count of 10, inhale and lower your body down.
And like the other exercises- start with 1 set.
Another benefit of this exercise- it works like Viagra-for both men and
women, and with Valentine's day coming up- every little thing will help.

That's it- And we can't guarantee that you'll look as young as Kelly Ripa,

George Clooney's Rxs For AntiAging!

                               Slow Down Aging Like George! 

It's been reported that Brad Pitt has contacted his good friend George
Clooney for advice on slowing down the aging process.
Whether this is true or just another story created by a
a very imaginitive tabloid writer, it's hard to believe.

Why? Brad Pitt is only 2 or 3 yrs. younger than Mr. Clooney
and Brad who'll be 50 this yr. or next yr. (in December) should
be giving George Clooney advice.
With that said, here are 3 things that'll help slow down the aging

process, no matter if you're a school teacher or a top earning movie star.
The 3 tips:
a) Head To The Produce Aisle-
And pick up some bananas, sweet potatoes, swiss chard,
onions, pears, apples, kale-etc. Why?
The more fruit and vegetables you eat, means you'll be taking in hundreds 

of the nature's finest disease-fighting compounds. Plus, healthy nutrients that
fight the free radical molecules that cause cell aging and fruit and vegetables
help neutralize up to 70% of the aging toxins that enter your body, adding
about 5 extra yrs. to your life. Not a fan of eating fruits and vegetables?
Buy a juicer and drink your way to better health.

b) Give Up-
Or cut way down on carbs. Not sweet potatoes and brown rice, but
white rice, rolls, bagels, pancakes and soda.

c) Say Not To-
Bacon! We know, it's an American institution, and a favorite that Mr. Clooney

and all of that salt and sugar can do a number on delicate arteries.
This also goes for salami, baloney, pastrami, ham and hot dogs.
