Ladies, if you find that your libido has waned over the years you're
not alone. According to researchers, millions of women say the desire
for sex has definitely declined in the past 3, 5 and 10 yrs.
And with this news there's always the promise of a "female viagra"

But to date, there's no viagra for women.

The Soprano Stars' Rx For Permanent Weight Loss!

                         Eat This Not That! 

Lorraine Bracco, who played the psychiatrist on "The Sopranos" and is now
on the hit show "Rizzoli and Isles" has recently come clean about her weight loss.
She dropped 35 pounds and she credits her parents death as the incentive.
 

You see, both parents died in 2011, and Ms. Bracco was helping to take care
of them, and part of taking care of them was counting out the many meds that
each of them had to take to each day.
After their deaths, Ms. Bracco decided she didn't want the same future.
A future of nurses visiting daily and taking pills for this ailment and that 

sickness.
No- she hired a life coach and revamped her diet.
Now, it's whole grains (like Quinoa), fruits, vegetables and goof fats.
And the things she doesn't eat--sugar, dairy and Twizzlers.
Ms. Bracco admitted that she could eat a few packs of Twizzlers each week,
and today, there just to sweet for her, so she avoids them.
And lastly, she also had to exercise, but not running or spinning for an hour,
her form of exercise...Pilates.

Kelly Ripa's Exercise Rx To Stop Aging!

                         Exercise Like Kelly Ripa!
Pilates was all the rage about 5 to 7 yrs. ago, but it's not as popular
as it was once, and that's too bad. But not if Kelly Ripa has anything
to do with it, she's a big proponent of Pilates, and it must be working-
she'll be 43 in Oct.
And if you are worried about aging and want to do something
about it like Ms. Ripa, try these 3 moves and turn back your own clock. 

The 3 moves are actually more like stretches and they strengthen
your muscles and stimulate the body to produce growth hormones
that help reverse the aging process.
Exercise no. 1-
The Stretch That Turns Back The Clock-
Sitting with knees bent, left foot touching right thigh and right foot
bent behind you, stretch with your right arm overhead and lean to your
left, keeping hips stationary. Hold for a count of 10, then rise to center and
and repeat on the other side. Start with 1 set and then work your way up
to 3 sets in the coming wks.

Exercise no. 2-
Twist The Years Away-
Sitting with legs stretched apart, raise your arms out to your sides at
shoulder-level. Moving from your waist, twist your body to your right,
bringing your left arm to touch your right foot. Hold for a count of 10, return
to center, then twist to your left and repeat. Start with 1 set and work up to
3 sets in the coming weeks.

Exercise no. 3-
A Bridge To Youthfulness-
Lying on your back with knees bent, feet flat and arms at your side,
exhale and tense your abs as you lift your hips off the floor.
Hold for a count of 10, inhale and lower your body down.
And like the other exercises- start with 1 set.
Another benefit of this exercise- it works like Viagra-for both men and
women, and with Valentine's day coming up- every little thing will help.

That's it- And we can't guarantee that you'll look as young as Kelly Ripa, 

we will guarantee you'll feel more energized and youthful.

Fitness Tips From Victoria's Secret!

                                  Get In Shape For The New Year!

The angels (models) from Victoria's Secret graced the small screen
last night, and the question a lot of people wanted to know after seeing
them was "how do they get in such incredible shape?"
Is it a diet of a salad a day? Do they chain smoke all day?
Or is it 3 to 5 hours of exercise a day?
It is exercise-but not to the extremes of hours a day.
Listed below, are some of the women who appeared in the special
last night, and their secrets for getting in and staying in tip-top shape.
a) Adrianna Lima-
Probably the most popular of the Victoria's secret models and she
uses boxing to get in shape. The jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag and
the stomach exercises are all Ms. Lima needs.
b) Chanel Iman- 

She has a problem a lot of women wish they had, what is it?
She's trying to gain a few pounds. And her secret is weight training.
She's hoping to build up her hips, arms and back. She also must
protein shakes with fruit in them to help with her weight. 

c) Lily Aldridge-
Ms. Alridge is a big fan of Pilates. Popularized by Hollywood
a few yrs. back, Ms. Aldridge says after finishing, she feels
refreshed, loose and like she just had a massage.
