Game Show's Rx Just For Women!

                     Ladies, Stop Hair Loss Today!

If you saw the game show "Jeopardy" then you're well aware that first
lady Michelle Obama was on.
And by the reaction to her appearance, you'd thought she was suffering
from a terrible disease.
Why the reaction?
Her hair looked like it was thinning.

But according to those who represent the 1st lady, her hair was
pulled back and the lighting on the set made it look like her hair was thinning.

Well, if you really are experiencing thinning hair and you want to do something
about it, do what your sisters in Japan and South Korea do.
What is it?
They drink plenty of green tea.

Yes, green tea, that wonder elixir that can help reduce belly fat, reduce
appetite and lower breast cancer rates, can also help you regrow your hair.
Blame the thinning on age-related declines in estrogen, which can lead to an excess
of testosterone, (the male hormone), that'll cause thinning on the top of the scalp.
And according to some researchers, drinking 3 cups of green tea daily can
restart the growing process.

Green tea contains compounds that counter the testosterone, which allows the
thinning spots to grow back.
And if you do plan on drinking green tea, make sure to skip the 2 to 3 tsps.

of sugar in each cup, and the danish, doughnut, cannoli, croissant or muffin.
Women in South Korea and Japan drink their green tea plain,
The women also eat well... fish, rice and vegetables.
Too many processed foods, starches and sugary foods and beverages also
contribute to hair thinning. Think protein, hair is 90% protein.

And one last tip, use a leave in hair conditioner that makes hair look
fuller. The conditioner contains B vitamins and caffeine.
The conditioner- Pantene Pro-V Expert Collection AgeDefy
Advanced Thickening Treatment. Find it at drugstores.

Good Luck!

The First Lady's Birthday Rx For Women!

                         Build Strong Bones Like Michelle!

This week's edition of "People" magazine features the
first lady, Michelle Obama.
The interview is mostly about the first lady turning 50.
More importantly, how she's dealing with it and how she's

going to deal with aging in the future.

One thing the first lady is concerned about- is bone health.
That's right- the first lady wants to do everything in her power
to avoid fractures, especially hip fractures.
She's smart to exercise, exercises like dancing, working in the
garden and weightlifting.

But she can do more to protect her bones.
What type of things?
She can eat certain foods, foods like...
a) Brussels sprouts, (especially good for keeping hips strong)
b) Plums (fresh and dried plums which are prunes)
c) Tomatoes- especially cooked.
d) Alcohol- a beer or a shot of vodka a few times a week.
Overdo the alcohol and you risk a fracture and alcoholism.
e) Swiss Chard- Find it at supermarkets or Farmer's markets.
Clean it and add it to a veggie stir-fry.
f) Cheese- More specifically the cheese that's popular in
Sicily and Tuscany. What type of cheese is it? Pecorino.
Researchers think that it's better for your bones because it's
made with sheep's milk.
g) Mustard- And you thought it only made hot dogs and sandwiches
taste better, it also helps keep bones strong.
h) Dark Chocolate-
Is there no end to the incredible benefits one can get from this
incredible food? Buy (real) dark chocolate or buy a top quality
cocoa.

That's it- The food Rxs that'll help women like the first lady,
Michelle Obama, or you, regular Jane in Lima Ohio- keep your bones
strong and fracture-free.

Michelle Obama's Rx For Growing Out Bangs!

Easy Tip For Growing Out Bangs!

Michelle Obama's new hairdo is all the rage. What type of hairstyle does
the First lady have? She now has bangs.
If you already have bangs but hate the "grow out" stage-try this simple trick...
Mist in a little volumizing spray at the roots, then use a round brush as you blow-dry
the bangs back and away from your face. Keep in place with a few bobby pins at
the crown.
You should end  up with some serious volume at the crown that looks stylish while you
grow out your bangs.
Volumizing spray to try- Jason Natural Kiwi & Apricot Root Boost, find it online at
Jason-Natural.com.

After growing out your bangs- why not send a picture of yourself and your bangs
to the First lady-(on her Twitter account) she welcomes all photos.

Good Luck!
