Get Naked Like A Celebrity!
There was a recent story on the number of celebrities who love being in the buff.
Not nude in the movies, mind you, but at home. A lot stars (especially female)
still feel uncomfortable taking it all off for a movie role, but in the comforts
of their own home, it's like a non-stop LMFAO song.
The stars who love being nude...
a) Eva Mendes- She's also naked in some of her movies. See Training Day and Out of Time!
She says being Cuban and from Florida, it's a no-brainer.
b) Halle Berry- Perhaps that scene with Billy Bob Thorton unleashed
something in her.
c) Rhianna- Aka Ri Ri! Not always comfortable, but she's getting to like
it more and more.
d) Mary Louise Parker-
e) Ciara- Like Ri Ri, not that comfortable at first, but now, she really enjoys it.
f) Nicole Kidman- Maybe after being with Tom, she's now more comfortable
with herself.
g) Kiera Knightley- She felt a little self conscious, being so thin,
but after appearing in a movie with James MacAvoy, she too, enjoys it.
And if you're wondering, what about the guys...here they are, a few who enjoy it too...
a) Asthon Kutcher- Do you remember the first show of the new season
of 2 and 1/2 men?
b) Daniel Radcliffe- Yes, he's not the cute little boy from Harry Potter
anymore.
c) Ryan Reynolds- After doing a nude scene with Sandra Bullock, Mr.
Reynolds, says he doesn't mind doing it again.
d) Adam Levine- the Singer, Moves like Jagger and loves showing it off.
One thing about this list, all of these people are in tremendous shape,
will they still embrace nakedness once the stomach, buttocks, thighs
and torso go? Just wondering.
And for those who might want to try nudity at home, there are some
benefits, like...
a) Better body image- some experts say-seeing yourself in all its glory,
makes you want to really take care of yourself. One therapist-
says- if you live alone, and are struggling with weight, place a large
mirror across from where you eat. You'll eat less.
b) Sunbathing- A few minutes of Sun on your skin helps you reduce
risks of certain cancers, boosts moods and sex drive, builds your
immune system and if you're pregnant, your baby will have stronger
bones.
c) Psoriasis- A pesky and embarrassing skin disorder (which Kim K and
mom Kris both have) lying out in the Sun is a great way to get rid of it.
d) Lyme Disease- Live in an area where ticks are out-of-control?
Well, being nude, allows you or someone close to you to see exactly
what is or isn't supposed to be on your skin.
That's It- As stated earlier, a lot of these stars are comfortable with nudity
because they're in great shape, another plus- they have houses that
may be hidden from prying eyes, something a lot of regular folks can't afford.
But, if you want to try it out, start in your bedroom, then the
living room and then take it outdoors.
Good Luck!
