Beyonce's Rx To Overcome Jet Lag!

Have you heard, Jay-Z, has bought a small plane for his wife
and new daughter. (price $40 million)  He (Jay-Z) won't allow them to
be subjected to body searches, long waits and long lines, like the rest of us.
But one aspect of traveling that Mrs. Shawn Carter won't be able to resist
(no matter how rich you are) is Jet Lag.

If you're a frequent traveler and experience jet lag, follow the 5 step
plan listed below to feel better.
Step 1-
Hydrate! Drink one 8-oz. glass of water for every hr. you're flying.
The air in a plane is very dry, so it's important to keep hydrated.
Step 2-
Reset Your Watch! The minute you sit down in your seat, begin eating
and sleeping on the schedule of your new time zone. This helps you
adjust faster.
Step 3-
Beware of The Alcohol, (remember the advice from Jamie Foxx?)
Well, you should skip the alcohol while on the plane, and if you must,
have a drink when you arrive at your destination. Even tiny amounts
of booze can cause tiredness and jet lag.
Step 4-
Get Outdoors! Snooki knows a thing or two about the Sun,
If you arrive at your destination during the day, take advantage of
the Sun. Why? Sunlight fights tiredness and helps your body clock adjust
faster.
Step 5-
Get Help From A Pill! 15 minutes before you head to bed, take 1 mg.
of melatonin, it'll help you get to sleep, stay alseep and wake up refreshed.
But remember, no more than 1 mg. it is (the melatonin) a hormone.
Or skip it, and eat/or drink some tart cherries. They (cherries) also contain
melatonin.
