Jenny McCarthy's Rx For A Flat Stomach!

Jenny McCarthy, the former Playboy covergirl, MTV host, 

comedienne and author is 40 yrs. of age.
That's not so surprising, we all age, but what is surprising...
her flat stomach.
Getting the stomach in shape is tough for 20 yr olds,
so you can imagine the difficulty as you age.
But, Ms. McCarthy has a powerful weapon up her sleeve that
may also work for you. 


What's her powerful weapon?
Soup! That's right, a food trick used by some Asian cultures and
one Ms. McCarthy wholeheartedly embraces. 

Jenny McCarthy goes on soup fasts, which is a bit different than how
some people in Japan use it. She says she'll have soup, vegetable,
chicken broth and cabbage soup for a few days before a photo shoot.
As for the Japanese- they'll eat a bowl before their lunch and their dinner
and this helps them fill up before the main courses.

So, if you're struggling with weight and want to cut down on the amount
of food you eat, take up the practice of having a bowl of soup before lunch,
dinner or even breakfast.
Do this for a few months and you too, can flatten your stomach, 

trim your thighs, lose inches on your waist and reduce the size of your caboose,
just like Jenny McCarthy.
