T.V. Show's Rx For Youthful Skin!

The Doctor's Rx For Youthful Skin!

If you're a fan of the T.V. show -"The Doctors" then give yourself a pat on the back.
Why?
It shows you're interested in your health and well-being.
And if you caught this morning's show- they (The Doctors) did an interesting

segment on beauty remedies from around the World.
More specifically: Korea.

Yes, Chinese and Japanese women get all of the attention when it comes
to youthful skin and looks, but the women of Korea should also
be included in this discussion.

And if you want youthful skin (hands, face and neck) like the women of
Korea, head to the supermarket (or your own pantry) and pick up some rice.
That's right, a researcher who studied Asian women and their work habits

noticed something unusual about Asian women who worked in the rice fields,
What did the researcher notice?
Although the women looked their age in the face, their hands looked
like the hands of teenagers.
How was this possible?

Rice water.

Oh, rice is getting a bad rap here in the U.S. (especially white rice)
you know, it's too high calorie, it starchy, it contains gluten (rice is actually

gluten-free) and on and on.
But if you don't want to eat it, that's fine, just wear it.

Wear it, how?
As in pouring a cup or two of rice into a bowl, and then pouring a cup or
two of water over the rice and leaving it alone for a day or two.
After that, take the water and place it in a container, or spray bottle
as for  the rice, cook it or discard it.
Now, use the water as you would a moisturizer.
Or pour a cup into your bathwater, or if you're beginning to see brown (age) spots,
rub some of the water on them.

That's your beauty tip for today, rice water for youthful hands, faces and necks.

And lastly, if you want more great tips as to how the women of Australia, Brazil,
China, France, Greece, Japan, Norway and Sweden stay so dam gorgeous,

head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type Beauty Secrets From The
World's Hottest Women in the search bar.

Good Luck!

The English Star's Rxs For Looking Younger!

Turn Back The Clock Like Jane!

Stars will do almost anything to stop the clock... the aging clock and one
English star is no exception.
The English star:
Jane Seymour!

Ms. Seymour just revealed that she's eat a diet specifically tailored
to postpone and even prevent the aging process.

That's right, the former "Bond girl" and T.V.'s Dr. Quinn Medicine
Woman is now 64 yrs. of age, but looks a good 15 to 20 yrs. younger.

So, how does she do it?
With food and gentle exercise.

Ms. Seymour started as a ballerina and starting and continuing
exercise (any type of exercise) is one of the biggest keys to
knocking a decade or two off your actual age.

And then there's diet. Yes, the dreaded D word again, but if you
want to slow down or even stop the aging clock, you must commit
to some kind of healthy eating plan.

And the plan Jane follows is one that helps fight wrinkles, brain aging,
bone loss and sagging, of the face and body.
And the foods that'll do all of these things are...
* Bananas-

Often dismissed as a food that's too sugary, the lowly banana
can help fight sagging, of the face and the body. Jane says thanks
to bananas, she can still wear strapless gowns.
* Arugula--
Jane is a salad lover like Jennifer Ansiton, and adding this spicy green
is a smart move if longevity is a goal. Greens like kale, broccoli and
arugula contains tons of antioxidants and these special compounds can
help fend off and prevent all types of diseases.
* Salmon-
Ms. Seymour like most women (and a lot of women) wants to make sure
her hair remains thick and luxurious and salmon is how she's achieving this
goal. She's says she also soaks up a little Sun each day.
Hair needs protein (from the fish) and vitamin D (from the fish also and the Sun.
Also get some sun and fish to fend off the upcoming blue moods that occur during
the months of Oct. thru Feb. also known as SAD.
* Wine-

Ms. Seymour says that a glass of Pinot Noir each night- keep her
bones strong and her back straight and upright.
She's certainly right about the benefits of a small amount
of alcohol (beer or a shot) as way to keep bones strong.
but wine can also help you...

stay cold and flu-free
manage weight or even help you  lose weight
prevent memory problems and even Alzheimer's
live 3, 5 or even more yrs. longer.
That's it, for now and if you want more of Jane's
secrets like how to fight age spots, or how to get glowing skin,
or how to stay upbeat and positive, head to your supermarket
or drugstore and pick up the Sept. 14th edition of Woman's World magazine.
Or head to DailyMail.co/uk, the tabloid/newspaper run by Piers Morgan
and scroll down to how English stars look younger than their American
sisters by avoiding cosmetic surgery.

And lastly, if this isn't enough and you want even more great info, go to
Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for see titles below.
Download them and find a wealth of information on how to look
