Sitcom Star's Rx For Beating Sweet Cravings!

Come and Knock at My Door!

If you were around in the late 70's, then you were probably

watching the T.V. show- 3's Company, or maybe you're
watching it now, thanks to a number of channels showing
it over and over again.

It was a show about a bachelor (actor John Ritter)
living with 2 sexy women, (Suzanne Somers and Joyce Dewitt)
what's so unusual about that?
The landlord,  (Norman Fell) was not going to let an unmarried

man share an apartment with 2 unmarried women,  so Bachelor
Jack had to pretend to be gay.

Well, enough with the nostalgia trip, you may (or may not)
remember that Suzanne Somers was fired from the show
for demanding a salary that was the same as Larry Hagman's,
you know J.R. Ewing.
The producers told her she was good, not J.R. good and gave her

walking papers and as a result of this Ms. Somers went to Vegas
and did a cabaret act, became a spokeswoman for an exercise
product (the thigh master) and wrote a number of best selling books
on health, particularly women's health.
And one of these books, was all about her diet.

Ms. Somers became a big advocate of  fat., mainly eating more of it.
Not fat from cupcakes or milkshakes, but good fats like organic
butter, oils, (olive, avocado and coconut) nuts, and full-fat cheese.
Ms. Somers was ahead of her time as more doctors now tout the benefits of
good fats, and one of those experts- Dr. Mark Hyman also has
a book out on this very subject.

Ms. Somers- says that adding more fats and totally eliminating
carbs (white carbs) and sugar has helped her end her cravings for
cookies and cake, lose her muffin top, feel more
energetic, sleep better, boosted her sex drive and
her looks, by filling out her face and neck area,
and turn her her into a female "Benjamin Button"

Ms. Somers turns 70 in Oct.

So, if you're still convinced that adding more fat to your diet
will stop your heart and age your face and body, you need look no further

than Suzanne Somers, Sophia Loren, (over 80)
Selma Hayek, (Ms. Hayek is convinced
fat is the reason her breasts are still perky  at 49)  or the
millions of French women who've eaten like this for over a
century.

And if you need more information on how Ms. Somers relaxes,
experiences joy,  and banishes bloat, pick up her latest book "Miss-Toxic"
at bookstores or online at Amazon.com.
And one last tip: if you want to add more good fats like avocado,
flaxseed, or grapseed oils to your diet, but aren't sure how to use them,

head to Zazzle.com/Holistically, and purcahase the reusable grocery
bag you see below.  Buy one for yourself and one (or more) for friends, family and coworkers.

Good Luck!

Morning Show's Rx For Better Woman's Health!

                                      Eat Good Fats!

Hey, if you were up this morning and caught Fox's morning show- "Fox and Friends"

weekend edition, then you're well aware they cooked steak.
And while cooking the steak the chef added butter.

Butter to a fat piece of meat? Won't that only add calories, cholesterol?
And with the extra fat, won't you get heart disease, diabetes, a big waistline,
high blood pressure, etc?
The answer to both of these questions is a big fat No.

Adding some fat to a salad, a meat dish, a stew, a cup of coffee
or a smoothie will not increase your risk of illness or death.
In fact, adding some fat like olive oil, butter, nuts, or coconut oil to a dish
will actually help steady hormones, (reduce the ups and downs of your hormones)
boost your moods, libido, energy levels, (especially during menopause) and
sharpen your memory, that's right, do away with fat and watch your memory
problems worsen, and trim belly fat, how? When you eat more "good fat" you become

fuller faster, helping you eat less.
And finally, eating more fat will keep your hands, neck, face, and the rest of your
body looking a good 5, 10 or 15 yrs. younger.

Need proof of this?
Look at French women, Star Catherine Deneuve, or Italian star Sophia Loren,
or American stars--Jennifer Coolidge, Valerie Bertinelli, Raquel Welch,
Christie Brinkley and Kirstie Alley.
So, if you been adding a tsp. of butter or olive oil to a salad or a stir-fry,

it's time to stop this and add more fat and get all of the benefits listed above.
Also important: A number of people say- eat low-cal and low-fat for better health,
and if you follow that logic, you'll struggle with cravings and maintaining or

 controlling your weight.

And if this info isn't enough and you want more, check out
the site of the American who brought bullet-proof coffee to the states.
He and his family now follow a diet of more meat and a lot of fat.
(he says his kids are well-behaved and don't have temper tantrums).
Also go to the site ZeroCarbZen.com and learn how more fat is
helping a number of people with weight loss, mood swings,
negative thoughts and unending cravings.

And lastly, if you want to keep your neck and hands (the back of your hands)
youthful and supple, go to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download,

see title to the right.

Good Luck!
