Top Chef's Rx For Quick Weight Loss!

                  Lose Weight Like Padma!

Padma Lakshmi, the host of the popular Bravo show "Top Chef"

has revealed her secret for losing weight fast.
Many out there think that Ms. Lakshmi doesn't gain weight
while filming "Top Chef" and those that think that are wrong.
She (Ms. Lakshmi) says she gains between 5 to 10 pounds
during the show and after filming is done she takes it off.

How?
With a drink.
A drink of unsweetened cranberry juice (2 oz.) mixed
with water (about 6 oz.) and 1 packet of Emergen-C.
She drinks this concoction about 15 minutes before
2 of her biggest meals.
The combination of vitamin C and the antioxidants
in cranberry juice really rev up the metabolism
and ease belly bloat.

So, if you have a few more pounds to lose before revealing
your body to the masses this Summer, try the slimming beverage
that Padma Lakshmi uses.
And one more thing-- Ms. Lakshmi also makes sure she eats right.
(Cutting carbs and sweets, eating lean meats and fish and loading up on
low-carb veggies and fruits).

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx For More Energy!

Just Say No To Sport Drinks!

Sport and Energy Drinks are a big business, how big?

How about 9 billion dollars a yr. big, but not in Hollywood.
That's right- stars concerned about their health and looks
avoid the drinks like the plague. And if you're concerned about
your own health, you too, should follow suit.
Energy drinks may provide you with extra energy for an hr. or a few hours,
but take them on a regular basis, and you risk everything from irregular
heart beats, to the sweats and the biggest threat of all...sudden death.
Yup, a regular habit of sports drinks can cause you to check out a lot sooner
than you wanted to.

What are the alternatives?
Stay tired? No.
Grab a nap during the day? Not possible for most people.

Or do you do what a lot of stars are doing?
What's that, you ask? They drink smoothies.
Smoothies can not only help you lose weight or replace
a meal, but they can also give you a "Jolt" of energy,
that'll rival any health-depleting sports drink.

So, are you ready to make the change?
Alrighty then, get out your blender or juicer and make the
2 smoothies listed below.
Smoothie no. 1-
1 medium banana
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
a few ice cubes
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
----------------------------------------

Smoothie No. 2-
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of coconut water
1 tsp honey or molasses
a few ice cubes
Blend or juice until smooth.
-------------------------------------------------------
All of these ingredients will boost energy levels naturally
and hopefully, keep you around for yrs. to come.
And if you want a few more smoothie, teas, shakes or
green juice recipes, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and download a copy of All-Natural Energy Drinks!
Once you have the info on your laptop or Kindle E-reader,
you'll also learn how to massage certain spots on your body and
the 12 foods that'll "Supercharge" your energy. Plus,  the best
supplements for more energy and finally, a natural energy drink from Dr. Oz.
But you must act today.  See title at right.

Good Luck!

Madonna's Rx For All-Night Energy!

                            Party Like Madonna!

Do you wonder how Madonna stays fit and trim at age 55?
Or are you curious how she's able to maintain a relationship
with a man 30 yrs. her junior?
Well, if you've been spending time wondering about these things,
wonder no more.

It's been revealed that Madonna follows a strict diet, exercises almost
everyday, gets full body massages and drinks a beverage that's
gaining in world-wide popularity.
The Beverage:
Coconut water!

That's right- a number of people are praising the health benefits
of coconut water and a number of stars are among them.
Madonna not only drinks the stuff, she's invested some serious cash
in the coconut water business.

Why is it so beneficial?
Coconut water can help you hydrate, even more so than regular water,
plus it's packed with the healing potassium, as well as essential amino

acids, minerals and enzymes your body needs.
And that's not all- it also helps boosts metabolism, repairs damaged cells

and increases energy levels.
And one last benefit: One woman claimed her painful periods stopped after
she started drinking coconut water.
So, if you plan on partying this New Year's Eve and need more energy
or if you want to be as energetic as Madonna, start adding more
coconut water to your daily menu.

Good Luck!
