A Young Star's Rx For Living Longer!

One Easy Secret For Living A Long Life!

Is there anyone out there interested in living till 100?
If you answered yes, how do you plan on doing it?
With a strict vegetarian diet? Hours of exercise each day?
Or do you come from stock (parents or grandparents) that lived
into their 90's or beyond?

Well, if a strict diet and exercise program doesn't appeal
to you, you may want to try the secret that one of Hollywood's top stars
is using.
The secret: Volunteering

And the star: Jennifer Lawrence.

You may have read, seen or heard that Ms. Lawrence spent Christmas Eve
in her hometown of Louisville Ky. visiting with sick children.
A lot of stars who work constantly much prefer to spend their off time
at a swanky spa or skiing in Telluride or Aspen Co.
But not Ms. Lawrence, and if she keeps it up (volunteering) it may help her
reach 80, 90 or even 100 more easily.
How you ask?
Volunteering just 2 hrs.a wk. at an animal shelter or veteran's hospital
may be more beneficial for you than it is for the people (or animals) you tend to.

How so?
It (volunteering) helps you keep aches and pain at bay.
(you don't focus on your achy knees or bad back)
it lowers blood pressure (meaning less risk of heart attack and stroke)
it boosts mood levels (no depression or blue moods)
and it may even help keep you at a healthy weight, (especially if you
walk and play with animals).

But wait, there's more...
Volunteering also boosts intelligence and your compassion for others.
And new research says that problem children (especially boys)
may be able to turn their lives and moods around with volunteering and
not medications and/or stays in detention centers.

So, if you're one who wants to make it to 90 or more yrs. of age,
and veganism and cross-fit aren't options you want to employ, then
get out there and volunteer.
It's working for J Law.

And one last tip...if you're really serious about living till 100,
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type The 101 Best Ways To
Make It To 100 in the search bar. Download it and get started on living forever.
And make sure to read the chapter on how stars like Clint Eastwood, Cameron Diaz,
Tom Selleck and Cloris Leachman are eating and exercising their way to long
and prosperous lives.

Good Luck!

American Hustle's Rx For A Happier Marriage!

A Marriage Secret From Jennifer Lawrence!

The upcoming movie- "American Hustle" has budding superstar Jennifer Lawrence

in it. And if you keep up with entertainment culture, then you know that Ms. Lawrence
is the biggest movie star (under 25) in the World.
Ms. Lawrence does a lot of press regarding her movies, and sometimes the questions
aren't about movies, but her personal life.

Ms. Lawrence was asked about marriage and maintaining a relationship while
working as an actress.
Her reply: " I hope to be married someday and I hope it's like my mom's and dad's!"

What's so special about her parents' marriage?
Ms. Lawrence, says she's never seen them fight, and her bedroom was across the
hall from theirs and they were always laughing and joking with one another.
If you're buying self-help books or tuning into Steve Harvey everyday-hoping to
get information on how to stay married, take it from a 23 yr. old, unmarried superstar
and start telling jokes.

Couples who have a good sense of humor can resolve conflicts better and they feel more

connected to each other.
So, if you plan on getting married or are married, start a new tradition, what is it?
Create a laugh journal and write down funny moments or jokes you may have heard.
These things will strengthen family ties and help you understand each other better.

Another fun fact: Actress Jennifer Garner,  who was working on a movie and single
at the time, said she couldn't think of anything other than Ben Affleck,
while shooting the movie, why? When they worked together,
he kept her laughing all of the time.
That's it- Remember guys, it's not a big bank account, a big car, big tattoos, or a
a big D*&-, but a big sense of humor that'll help win and keep her heart.

Good Luck!

Thor's Rx For Avoiding Colds and Flus!

Eat Like Thor To Stay Well All Winter!

Thor- the hit movie is number one at the box office again this week.
And a lot of the credit for the movies' success goes to its star, Chris
Hemsworth. Brother to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, and
a big man at 6 feet 3 1/2 inches.

One of the things Mr. Hemsworth had to do for the role was to
get in tip-top shape.  And how did he do it?
With protein. He ate a lot of chicken and beef.
But not any kind of beef, top quality, grass-fed beef.
And that's the point of this post.

A lot of people love beef, but they also love the fries, the white
bun and the sugary beverage that goes with the hamburger.
Therein lies the problem. What problem?
Sugary foods and deep-fried foods are a sure-fire way to get colds
and continue to get colds this Holiday season.

Why? Foods that lack the proper nutrients and have trans-fats
weaken your immune system, making it easier to get colds, over
and over again.

So, if you want to stay out the Emergency room this yr. and avoid the
high medical bills, eat beef, 2 to 3 times a wk. (Beef contains zinc,
a mineral that strengthens virus-fighting white blood cells.
And avoid or eat once in blue moon, the white bun, the fries
and the sugary soda.

And if you want more tips to stay cold and flu-free this yr.
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and learn how people
overseas only get 1 cold per yr, to America's 3 or 4.

The title of the E-document, The World's Best Secrets To Never
Getting Sick This Winter!
Order it and learn the adult secret from Liam's and Chris'
birthplace, that'll  help you avoid colds and flus.
Pay the small sum to download this E-doc, or avoid buying it and pay
a bigger sum to doctors, the emergency rooms, the hospitals,
the billing agents, etc. The choice is yours.
See title at the right.

Good Luck!

The Hunger Games Rx For Getting Over A Cold Fast!

                         Get Over A Cold Fast!

Oh no, it's been reported that "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence isn't
able to talk to the media, thanks to a cold.
Of course, this is flu season and the one thing everyone wants more than

how to prevent a cold is how to get over one...fast?
If you're in the group that wants to know how to get over a cold,

use the 2 tips listed below.
a) Try A Fruity Extract-
Researchers looked at garlic capsules, green tea extract, and pomegranate

extracts, and all 3 didn't come close to the fruit extract that comes from
a breakfast fruit, what is it?
Grapefruit Seed Extract!

GSE is packed with antioxidants called flavonoids, which blast
germs by punching holes in their cell walls.
And when researchers put the GSE up against 70 different
viruses and bacteria, the GSE destroyed every one of them.
Look for grapefruit seed extract at your local health-food store
or online at Amazon.com.
Important tip: Talk to your Dr. before trying any type of supplement.
And if cold prevention is also something you're after, eat grapefruit.
One woman has had grapefruit about 3 or 4 times a week, for the

past 3 yrs, and she hasn't had a cold since.
The woman works with the elderly and wanted to make sure she
wouldn't get sick more than 2 times per yr.
Grapefruit isn't for everyone, those on blood pressure medication
may have to avoid this tip.
Try Elderberry syrup instead.

And the 2nd tip...
Take a hot bath, hot and cold baths are very popular in

Scandinavian countries, but in the U.S. the hot bath rules.
And taking a hot bath while you're ill, can help you recover
faster. Viruses (germs) are so heat sensitive, that raising your
body temperature kills the germs and helps you get back on

your feet in record time.
Not able to take a hot bath? Run your shower, using only hot
water, leave the bathroom and close the door. In a few mins.
go back to the bathroom, turn off the shower, close the door again
and sit of the edge of the tub for a five to ten mins.
This is like your own  personal Sauna, and it too, will help you get
over a cold or even prevent one.

That's it- and if you want more tips on how to stay out of the doctors' office or Emergency room this Winter, head to Amazon.com/ the kindle store and download...
The World's Best Secrets To Never  Getting Sick!
See title at right.

Think of this way- you can pay a small, paltry sum for this E-document
or you can pay the doctor, the Emergency room, etc. The choice is up to
you.

Good Luck!

Diet Rx From The Hunger Games!

                                     Diet Games Diet Rx!
If you're one of the millions that will see the movie "The Hunger Games"
this weekend, we thought you'd be intereseted in this little bit of information,
concerning the stars and their diets.

Liam Hemsford- the tall Aussie was asked to drop 15 lbs. to give him
a hungry, out in the woods, scrounging for food look.
And Josh Hutcherson, the shorter star was asked to gain weight, (muscle weight)
The type of diet Mr. Hutcherson followed was the same one used by
Taylor Lautner of the "Twilight" movie series.

The diet: High protein, low carb.
In addition to the diet, Mr. Hutcherson also had to go through a serious
weight training regimen, to add more bulk.

If you want to copy Mr. Hutcherson and put on a few lbs. of muscles,
remember high protein  foods, like...eggs, salads, fish, chicken, lean beef
and no-starchy vegetables. And water, plenty of water.
Nutritionists now say that people who follow the low-carb, high-protein
aren't getting enough water and that could put your health at risk.
How? By making you dehydrated, leaving you feeling dizzy, headachy
and causing pain in the kidneys.

So, if you want to drop a few pounds around your middle and
get buffed as well, remember to drink up.
Some more tips: Don't follow this diet for too long.
3, 5 or 7 days is plenty. The frequent bathroom breaks and the bad breath
are too much for a lot of people, so a wk. or less is enough.

And along with the water, have some peppermint
tea, it's great for keeping you headache-free.
That's it- Looking like a star with the help of a diet and
some water.

Good Luck!
