Papaya!
That's right-the tropical fruit is eaten and used in Bali- by the women to
maintain their beautiful bodies and complexions.
And now, Ms. Berry is a big fan of the tropical fruit.
Why is papaya so good for legs?
Papaya contains powerful enzymes, called papains, which stimulate
collagen production and slough off the top layer of dead skin cells to reveal
softer and firmer skin.
So, if you want cellulite-free legs like Ms. Berry do the following...
Grab a fresh papaya, some plain yogurt and some plastic wrap.
Take the papaya, scoop out the seeds and discard them. Next, scrape
out the flesh and place in a blender, add a cup of plain yogurt and blend
until smooth. Stand over a towel or in the bathtub, rub the mixture
on your legs, (front and back) and on your stomach. Make sure you really massage
the mixture into your skin. Wrap your stomach and legs with the plastic
wrap, take a comfortable chair and relax for 20 to 30 mins.
After 30 mins. remove the plastic wrap and rinse your legs and stomach off
in the shower. Do this a once or twice a week and in no time, you should
see noticeably leaner and smoother legs.
