Get Skinny Like Bethenny!
Bethenny Frankel, formerly of "Housewives of New York!"
has carved out quite the empire with a line of low calorie
alcoholic beverages, called "SkinnyGirl Dinks!"
Ms. Frankel wanted people to continue to eat and drink as they
normally do, but without all of the calories.
Listed below are some cocktails (not from Ms. Frankel's Line)
but slimming, none-the-less.
1) No-Gin Fizz-
Dilute a sparkling or still wine of your choice with sparkling mineral
water and a shot of antioxidant-loaded cranberry or pomegranate juice.
2) Pimm's Cup- Go retro with Pimm's No. 1 cup (the spicy, citrus cocktail
base from the United Kingdom) and sparkling lemonade over ice with
a cucumber spear.
3) Ginger Backswing-
Pour a shot of sweet vermouth over ice, add ginger ale or sparkling
mineral water and for an added touch, put in a slice of lime, lemon
or orange slice.
That's it- 3 drinks that won't go to your hips, rear or waist.
Also remember... A drink a day helps a women maintain
her ideal weight, prevent Alzheimer's and keep heart disease at bay.
So drink up ladies! Hey, it's working for Bethenny Frankel!
Good Luck!
