Alec Baldwin's Rx For Younger Looking Skin!

                                  Look Younger With Yoga! 

Alec Baldwin, the talented and tempermental star of "30 Rock" is
newly married. Newly married to a yoga instructor. 

And lucky for Mr. Baldwin- not only will she help him stay strong, 
flexible, but youthful as well. 
Youthful? Yes, according to new research the one part of the body
that really shows early signs of aging can be helped with a yoga
move. What body part? The Neck!

If you read a post we did a few days back then you're well aware of
the problems many women (and some men) have with their necks.
In fact, Ellen D. just had Courtney Cox on and they were talking about
aging necks and hands.

Anyway, to keep your neck youthful, do the following...
Sit on a chair or the floor and look up at the ceiling, hold for a few seconds
and then release. Do it 2 mins. a day to smooth your neck and prevent
the dreaded double chin.
Also, reread our post on Courtney Cox, and use some of the
foods as skin tighteners and moisturizers tips to really keep 

your neck looking young.

Important tip: If you're elderly or if you're not a regular exerciser,
it may be best if you skip this tip, the neck is very fragile and looking
up toward the ceiling may cause problems for some.

Alec Baldwin's Rxs For A Happier Marriage!

You may have heard Alec Baldwin is now a married man,
the lucky woman-Yoga Instructor Hilaria Thomas.
Being that Mr. Baldwin is a full 2 and 1/2 decades older than
his wife, he'll need something extra special to keep up with her.
(in the bedroom)

Will it be the little blue pill? Will it be a strict vegan diet?
Or will Mr. Baldwin use the reliable and time-tested plan that's
been around for a thousand yrs.
What is it? Yoga!
Lucky for him- his wife is a yoga instructor with her own studio,
but Mr. Baldwin will need a little more help.

What type of help?
He'll need to know the best poses that'll improve libido,
increase flexibility and sperm count and give him incredible stamina.
The new Mrs. Baldwin may already know these poses,

Alec Baldwin's Rx For Beautiful Hair!

                   Get Thicker, Shinier Hair! 

Alec Baldwin, star of dozens of movies and the T.V. show- "30 Rock" 

is getting married soon. His future wife is a yoga instructor and looking
at Mr. Baldwin lately, she must be instructing him.

Yoga isn't just great for your mind and body, it can also boost sex
drive and boost the pleasure centers for both men and women. 

But, new research says there's a new benefit to doing yoga, what is it?
Thicker, shinier and more luxurious hair!

That's right- many yoga poses help send nourishing oxygen-rich blood to your
scalp. In fact, one man who was thinning on top, heard about yoga and the upside
down poses and decided to do handstands for a few minutes each night.
Long story short, after a few months, his thinning hairline was showing

Howard Stern is the new member of the T.V. show "America's
Got Talent," he seems to be on his best behavior and getting
some pretty good reviews.
One thing about Howard that's been kept under wraps...
He's been involved in Yoga and meditation for over 15 yrs.

And that's the basis of this post, if you should ever find yourself
needing a boost in energy, do the following...
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Using your palms and fingers, simulataneously tap both sides of your
belly button for 2 mins.

Yoga experts say this will stimulate blood vessels in the stomach, increasing
circulation of energizing oxygen between the digestion system and the rest
of the body.

So remember, you don't need that candy bar or "energy drink" 

to increase your energy levels, just do the above Yoga move.

Alec Baldwin's Rx For Staying Young!

You must of heard- Alec Baldwin is getting married to a yoga instructor
half his age. And the fact she teaches yoga will benefit Mr. Baldwin in
a number of ways like...

a) Prevent Middle-Age Spread- 
If you're in your thirties and forties and can't get your midsection to look
lie it did when you were 20, then it may be time for a yoga class.
Just 30 mins. of yoga 3 to 5 times a week, can stop and even reverse
the so called "middle-age spread!"
b) Mindful Eating-
What is it? Doing yoga on a regular basis is associated with "mindful eating"
in which you naturally savor every mouthful-instead of eating very quickly.
And people who eat mindfully are proven to be less likely to overeat when

that promise more gorgeous locks? Maybe you should give yoga a try
