Newly Married Star's Rx For Great Health!

                        Eat Like Jennifer!

Actress Jennifer Aniston is married, finally. Congrats, Mrs. Theroux!
And let's thank God it finally happened, why?
We don't have to watch Ms. Aniston being asked (for the 1,000 time)
by T.V. hosts, "so when are you getting married?"
And if Ms. Aniston and her new hubby want to live a long and healthy

life, they should do something Ms. Aniston has done since her "Friends"
days.
What is that, you ask?

Eat salad.

That's right, cast and crew who worked on the show, say Ms. Aniston
had a salad (for lunch) the whole time she did the series, and if you want to enjoy
 good health
and longevity, you too, might want to adopt this habit.

A salad a few times a wk. or everyday can boost your health in a number of ways
like...
* Build bone health. Make sure to include, dark greens, onions and mustard.
All 3 foods help your bones stay strong and healthy.

* Reduce Body Odor-
Some say a diet loaded with meats and carbs produces a lot of body odor.

And going vegetarian helps reduce body odor. Just make sure  your
salad doesn't have boiled eggs and cold cuts in it.
* Beautiful Skin-
Want to look like Ms. Aniston when you're 46? Eat more greens, especially
kale, carrots, and romaine lettuce.
* A healthier heart-
Concerned about heart disease or having a heart attack as you get older?

Put those fears aside by eating more green vegetables. (like chicory)
So, that's 4 great health tips that will occur as a result of eating Jennifer Aniston's favorite lunch: Salad.
And if you're really a salad lover and want some more info on how salad can bolster
your health, head online to Amazon.com/the kindle store and ...see title to the right,
download it and enjoy boundless energy and decades-younger good looks, like Rachel, or  Ms. Aniston.

Good Luck!

A Hollywood Couple's Baby Rx For New Hollywood Parents!

                More Benefits of Breastfeeding!

Congrats to new Hollywood parents Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
They're the proud parents of a boy or a girl, (they haven't revealed the sex yet)
And if they're (or she) is on the fence about breastfeeding, they should take
advice from a Hollywood couple that has a one yr. old.

The couple with the one yr. old: Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde.
You may remember the uproar Ms. Wilde caused when she was photographed
breastfeeding son Otis.
Well, Ms. Wilde says she'll continue to do it, and not worry about the negative
Nellies and the haters.
And if Blake and Ryan haven't decided on their choice of nourishing their little one,
they may want to follow Olivia and do the same.

Why?
New research says that breastfeeding may help kids in terms of weight management,
fewer allergies, normal blood pressure, avoid diabetes, stronger bones,
a better brain and the new discovery, it (B.F.) can cut your child's risk of developing asthma.
Babies who are just fed via the breasts during their first 4 months are 35% less
likely to develop asthma by their 8th birthday.

So, if you're a new mom or plan on giving birth in the not-to-distant future,
hold onto to this post.
And lastly, if you do breastfeed for 4 months or 1 yr. and then go off the rails,

diet-wise, (white foods, fried foods, starchy foods, processed foods and sugary drinks)
it's highly likely your child will get more than asthma.

Good Luck!

The Friend's Rx For Successful Weight Loss!

Lose Weight With A Friend! The hit show--"Friends" got its start about 20 yrs. ago, and
if you're a fan you can still catch it today, thanks to reruns.
And thanks to new research, if you have a best friend like
Jennifer Aniston, (her BFF is Courtney Cox) that friend can
help you lose weight and keep it off.

How?

You know the old saying, having a good support system
("Friends") around in times of trouble, will help you get
through those troubling times more easily.
Well, the same can now be said about weight loss.
Dining out and sitting across from a friend or (family member)
who's really into health, means you're more likely to order salad,
baked or broiled fish or chicken and brown rice.
The researchers say that you ordering healthier fare isn't
just peer pressure, seeing a good friend or family member
ordering something healthy , makes you want to do the same.

So, if you're struggling with weight and having a tough time
with temptation when dining out, start going out with
a healthy friend or family member.

Good Luck!
