Rap Mogul's Rx For Looking Younger!

We always seem to hear about the negatives when it comes to rap music
and the people that make it .
But what about some of the good things that they do?
Well, you're in luck, here's something that'll not only  make you feel good,

like P. Diddy if looking 5, 8 or 10 yrs. younger is your goal.

A Former Child Star's Rx For Looking Years Younger!

                                        The Low-Cost Way To Look Younger! 

In Hollywood, it's a Cardinal sin if you lose your looks and youthfulness.
And that's why you don't see many child stars make it to adult roles,
the casting agents still see the "chubby-cheeked" kids.

Well, one star who's fought this and come out on top is none other than Marie Osmond.
Although more of a teenage star, Ms. Osmond has been working non stop since
the age of 2.
And even though she's had some setbacks in her life, she refuses to let those
(things, tragedies and obstacles) keep her down.

And one of the things  is...Weight. Ms. Osmond decided at age 49 to do something
about her weight. What did she do? She joined Nutri-System.
And doing that has helped her uncover a whole new level of happiness and health
later in life.

But wait, you're probably thinking, diet alone can't help someone
who's 4 1/2 yrs. away from age 60 look that good.
Oh, yes it can, but there are 2 other things Ms. Osmond relies on

Disney Star's Rx For An Older Star!

                           Stop Aging Today!

Hear it here first, Jennifer Aniston has just announced that
she will not, (repeat will not) get anything done to face,
cosmetic-wise. Her words exactly, "I'm not putting any
Sh*T into my face."
She also said, her man (Justin T.) would put a gun to head to
stop her from doing it.

If that's the case, what are her alternatives?
Well, she can use the one favorite food of a Disney star
to help prevent the aging and sagging of her skin. 

Who's the star?
Selena Gomez.
And the favorite food?
Avocados. 

Ms. Gomez, who is of Mexican descent, said she could eat them
everyday.
There are a few posts on avocados and aging, you have to 

go back and find them, but if you want some recent news concerning
the fruit, here it is.
Avocados are rich in healthy fats that relieve inflammation, while
strengthening and healing muscles, elastin and other structures that
support the skin. A
Your recommended dose: Try and eat 1/2 avocado a day.

Pour 1/2 one into a blender, add some spinach, 1/2 banana, and
almond milk and make a smoothie. 

Or mash some up with herbs, spices and olive oil and make a nice
dip. Just make sure to use chopped up veggies and not chips.
And for those who don't like avocado, you can also wear it.
Mash some up with a little honey and Olive oil, lie back
and apply to your face and hands.
A warning, avocados are expensive, (and messy) so you may want to use
apples instead. Peel and slice the apple, put it into a saucepan,
add milk 1/4 cup and heat up for a few mins. remove from the
Stove, let cool, lie back and apply to your face, neck and hands, (tops
of hands). After 15 min. remove and wash your face with warm water
and a mild soap.

Christie Brinkley's Rx For Better Bone Health!

             Build Strong Bones Like Christie! 

Christie Brinkley has been all over the news this past week, why?
She turned 60. Just like Oprah and Howard Stern.
Of course the media wants to know how Ms. Brinkley continues
to look 20 to 25 yrs, younger.
She gives the usual answers...exercise, (dancing) eating right
(Vegetarianism) but there are some things she's forgetting to mention,
like...Exfoliating and keeping a few extra pounds on her frame.

That's right- an expert in the field of aging, says to look a few yrs.
younger,  some women should consider keeping an extra 10 or 15 lbs.
on their frames.

He says that it's especially important to white women, who start to
wrinkle a lot earlier than their Asian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, 

Polynesian and African sisters.
And an extra 10 or 15 pounds can also benefit your bone health.
Again, that's another topic the media will not discuss with
Ms. Brinkley, but it's important none-the-less.
And one woman who is concerned about it, should talk to Ms.
Brinkley about her breakfast choices and she too, can really
develop strong bones.
Okay, who's the woman concerned about bone health?
The just turned 50, "first lady" Michelle Obama.
And what food does Christie eat that develops
and keeps bones strong.
Yogurt, not any yogurt, but yogurt made with sheep's milk.
