Jay Leno's Rx For Better Health!

                         Don't Sleep Like Jay!

This week will be Jay Leno's last time as host of "The Tonight Show!"
Starting the 3rd wk. of Feb. Jimmy Fallon will be the host.
One thing Jay Leno may do with his extra time off is sleep.
Why sleep?

Jay Leno, (like actress Olivia Munn) is notorious for sleeping only
4 to 5 hrs. a night.
And if you're like Jay, and thinks this is acceptable, you're very wrong.
How wrong?
New research shows regularly skipping sleep can release toxins

in your system that set you up for everything from Dementia to
breast cancer to Parkinson's, and there's more.
Getting too little sleep once or twice a week can release chemicals inside your brain that resemble concussions.
So, don't be like Jay Leno and sleep 4 to 5 hrs. a night,
get your 7 to 8 hrs. and feel and look like a million bucks.

Need help financially?
Concerned about college costs? Or your
retirement funds? Well, learn how a negative

mind set may be keeping you from enjoying a
healthy bank account.
And if you hurry, you can learn how Oprah used
8 secrets to make a fortune of 3 Billion dollars.

The Tonight's Show Rx To Stopping The Male Cancer!

                           Stopping Prostate Cancer!

Guys, prostate cancer is to men as breast cancer is to women.
Guys are frightened of it for a lot of reasons: inability to perform
sexually, dependence on medication, the operation. the cost of the
operation, the after effects, and on and on.

And according to new research, there's a new culprit that may
increase your chances of getting it, what is it? Insomnia.
That's right- the thing Jay Leno so proudly brags about,
may be the thing that derails his good health.
We're not talking about getting up a few nights to go to the
bathroom or tend to a newborn.

No, we're talking about sleeping a few hours a night (like Jay Leno)
or waking up and then staying up for the rest of the night.
So, if you've been bothered by frequent trips to the bathroom,
or waking up at 2:00 am and then staying up for the rest of the night,
it's best to talk to your doctor or maybe a sleep specialist and get
the 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep you need.
Or look for our E-newsletter on the subject: The 99 Best Natural
Remedies To Stop Insomnia. Available at Amazon.com/ in the kindle store.

Good Luck!

Jay Leno's Rx For A Longer Life!

                      Sleep More, Live Longer!

Jay Leno is notorious for sleeping no more than 6 hrs. a night.
If he goes to bed at 11:00 pm and gets up at 5:00 am that's
okay, but if he goes to bed later than 12:00 midnight, then
he may be taking a few yrs. off his life.

That's right- new research says that getting to bed by 11:00 pm can help you lose weight (especially around the stomach area), cut your risks of colds, lower your chances of getting diabetesby a whopping 45% and if you're a pregnant woman- reduce your chances of miscarrying.
Why is 11:00 pm so important?

The researchers say that getting your circadian rhythms in sync
with the Sun-so you're asleep when it's dark out and awake when it's
light out-helps your body function at it's peak.

So, are you a night owl? Can you make it to bed by 11:00 pm?
Remember your life depends on it, literally.
As for those who must be up past 11:00 pm for work,
well you can make sure you're eating right, drinking water
and not smoking.

And if you need some all-natural ways to get to sleep and stay asleep,
look for a E-document, written by the same people who bring you

Hollywood Rxs To End Insomnia!

                      Getting Sleep In Hollywood!

Some in Hollywood may live charmed lives, and yet, have the same problems
as the rest of society. What type of problems? Insomnia!
That's right- Getting enough sleep is a problem some stars go through
just like regular folks. Two stars who come to mind- Whoopi Goldberg and

Jay Leno.
Whoopi Goldberg has mentioned on "The View" that she sleeps upright
in a chair for an hour or two and Jay Leno says he only needs 5 to 6 hours
a night. Another interesting fact that Whoopi and Jay share-they both hate and
refuse to eat vegetables.

Back to the topic- Whoopi and Jay may think that a few hours here or a few
hours there, is alright, but they're sadly mistaken, getting less than 7 hours of sleep
can put you at risk for a host of illnesses like...

a) Increased risk of heart disease and heart attacks.
b) Increased risk of stroke.

c) Diabetes.
d) Weight Gain. (especially belly fat).
e) Some Cancers-(especially breast cancer)
f) Memory problems
g) Dementia

h) Anxiety and other mood disorders
i) And some other serious health woes.

So, are you like Whoopi and Jay? Do you want to go the prescribed med
route?  Taking a drug like Halcion or Ambien over a long period of
time can also raise your risk of heart trouble and stroke, simply because
they're relatively new to the market and aren't meant to be taken for yrs. and
yrs. Or do try something natural like a certain yoga move, or a sweet Summer  fruit
juice (instead of milk) or massaging this part of your body and be asleep within minutes.
How do you find these all natural methods?
Go to Amazon.com/ the Kindle store and type in The 99 Best
Natural Remedies To Beat Insomnia!  Title above
Once there, download it to your Kindle E-reader and get started on
a life where 7 to 8 hrs of sleep is normal.

Now,  we have to get this info to Jay and Whoopi.
Good Luck!
