The Horror Movie Rx For Younger Skin!

                       Turn Back The Clock!

If you're a fan of horror movies or horror "love" stories, then you're well aware
that the vampire is a constant theme in a lot of horror movies going back
100 yrs.

And if you particularly enjoy movies with vampires, you may also enjoy this
bit of news about anti-aging and looking younger.

What is it?
Cosmetic surgeons have figured out a way to use your own blood
to help smooth away fine lines and wrinkles, add firmness and give your
skin that healthy and youthful glow.

That's right, called the "vampire facelift" and it may be the "next big

thing" in cosmetic surgery.
So big in  fact, Kim K. has even tried it.

And if you're wondering, how is it done?
The first step requires that a few drops of blood be taken from a vein,

next, platelets--tiny cells in the blood that are important for clotting and tissue
repair are taken to create platelet-rich blood.
Then-they use a very fine needle to inject the rich blood into targeted areas of the face,
where it stimulates the formation of healthy new skin cells, blood vessels, collagen
and skin-smoothing fatty tissue.
This new procedure can be done alone or with Botox, chemical peels

or fillers.

Does it work and when will one see results?
It does take time, about 3 months to be exact, but after that, you should expect
to see fewer lines and wrinkles and firmer skin.
What does it cost?
It depends, if you just want your forehead done or if you want the whole face done.

Starting price about $800.
Is it safe?
Yes, mainly because it's your blood and not the blood or fat from someone else,
and it's safer than silicone or other types of material that may cause infections,
and much worse. Plus, this idea isn't new- some Olympic teams in Europe used
to take the blood from athletes and re-inject them to help them heal
faster.

So, if you just want to look younger like Edward or Bella, or you just want to knock
off a few yrs. then go ahead and look into the "Vampire Facelift!"

Good Luck!

Music Star's Food Rx To Lower Blood Pressure!

Food Tip From A Musical Genius!

Hey, if you were around during the early 80's, then you probably remember
the man many were calling the "American Mozart", a musical genius,
the "modern-day Mozart" and on and on.

This musical prodigy (who can also play 15 musical instruments) was also known for
not only for putting out great music, but for his love of this color.
What color was that?
It was purple.
And the musical genius:

Prince from Minn. Minnesota.
That's right, the Summer of 1984 belonged to Prince, his no. 1 album-"Purple Rain"

and then the movie with the same name.

And if you're a fan of purple, and you're a daring and adventurous
foodie and you have high blood pressure, then you may want to start eating
purple potatoes.
Yes, you're reading it right, scientists at the University of Scranton knew that

potatoes were one of the best foods to lower blood pressure (mainly the skin of a
potato) and decided to see if the new wave of "colored foods" would work even
better.
And to their astonishment, the purple potatoes worked way better than the
brown potatoes at lowering one's blood pressure.

Foods like purple potatoes have more pressuring lowering nutrients than the other
potatoes.
So, if your doctor just told you your B.P. is a little high and he wants you
to try a B.P. medication, ask him or her if you can do a few things on your own
to try and lower it.
Some of those other things...

eat bananas- 2 medium-sized bananas a day
give up or cut way down on sugar and starches (white foods)
lose weight, if weight is an issue
eat more sesame oil
squeeze a tennis ball, a few times a day
take up meditation and Tai Chi.
Plus, some other things.
And if you want to find out what those other things are-- head on over to Amazon.com/
the kindle store and look for The Natural and Drug-Free Ways to lower Blood Pressure.
Type the title into the search bar and get more valuable and natural tips to lower B.P.

That's it and in paying tribute to Prince, go to Youtube.com and listen to
Little Red Corvette, or Purple Rain, or Raspberry Beret, or Diamonds and
Pearls, or you get the picture.

Good Luck!
